“I dropped $80 on the largest Stubby Seal available on the 4th of December for a Christmas present. It's been almost 4 months and it's still not arrived, and they have a fake CAPTCHA that reloads the site and the email to contact them doesn't exist anymore. complete scam don't buy ANYTHING.”

“Ordered a stubby seal and baby wosh from them in November 2020, had to send several emails after receiving no shipping number or confirmation for several weeks, and finally got the stubby seal in December, which was horrible quality and very cheaply made despite costing $40. Emailed again to enquire after my baby wosh and finally got another shipping number in January 2021. The package arrived late Feb 2021 and was not my baby wosh but another stubby seal, even worse quality than the first one. They are horribly overpriced, have terrible customer service and are extremely low quality.”
“Rather confused, there was a BOGO sale and got both a Wosh and Woshette. The Woshette arrived quickly and in fine condition, but there have been no updates at all on the Wosh, and no replies given to emails about it. Doesn't seem like a scam exactly, but definitely something wrong with communication and shipping.”
“The company falsely advertised their seal plush, didn't respond to emails, and took 4 months (compared to their 1 week promise) to ship. The item was pricy, so I expected to get what was pictured, but instead I got cheap trash that looked nothing like I ordered. They also took ages to ship, and whenever I reached out to their support number or their email I was left with silence. I didn't even get a tracking number till 3 months in.”
“Hubby ordered a Woshette for me in October. It took THREE AND A HALF MONTHS to get here. Customer service was responsive at first, but all we got were excuses. Then they claimed it was “shipped” while the tracking number indicated that it was still sitting in China and “Olivia” stopped answering our emails altogether. It was only finally shipped a week ago, when we opened up a dispute with our credit card company. (Guess that finally put a fire under their asses.) DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!”

“Fiance ordered a Wosh mid-covid, knowing it would take some time she sent emails and was kept up to date with the delivery, Wosh turned up after about a month.
I've now ordered one and had No replies to 2 emails, no update on shipping and no sign of it turning up after a month, at least the previous delay was explained and we had regular emails.
Will say the first Wosh was good condition and no issues with the product, but paying for something and having no replies a month on is concerning.”
“Ordered June 26, 2020, never received. I have sent a weekly email getting a response saying “it will ship this week” has never shipped!! I have contacted PayPal, they have contacted Wosh Life, they still have not contacted me. If I do not get a shipping confirmation this week, I will open a case against them through PayPal. Wish I would have ordered through Amazon!! I would love to know where the people live that actually get a delivery from this company, I never received in USA.”
