“Having used WR Engineering for maintenance on an ageing garage door previously they were first point of call after an accidental reversing impact. Their on-call technician asked for some photos to determine if it was worth a visit, with the resulting savings going to a necessary replacement. When we reached out to them on the next business day, they had the on-call notes in the system already to reference. Despite being a busy period for them, the whole team were exceptional with excellent communications on when they could quote, order and install a replacement as well as actively reaching out at our request when opportunities for earlier site visits presented. They ensured both parties were clear on what was being delivered in model, colour and finish in fulfilling expectations. Installation was seamless with both Mat L and Stephen clearing the remnants of the old system and upgrading to a new. With their experience, they powered through this making it appear effortless in some hot and humid weather, leaving the garage spotless and new system operating perfectly. Very pleased with continued quality and professionalism of the WR Engineering team.”

“WR Engineering were very responsive to our enquiry to book a sevice for our garage door that neede servicing. They arrived at the time booked, serviced the door that now functuoins without the alarm sounding and their charges were what was quoted. I am very happy with the service and would certainly go to them for any further problems.”

“Hi I recently had problem with my roller door booked in a door tech for the following day. Mohamed contacted me before arrival and then explained the problem and the the fix. He had all the parts in the van and was able to give me the cost on the spot.I agreed to the repairs and he proceeded to fix the door, he then serviced the door and it has never worked so good. I Highly recommend WR Engineering for there door service.”

“I had damaged my garage door and anticipated an expensive repair. I was pleasantly surprised when Matthew indicated that he could fix the problem and in the end only cost $170. This was an excellent example of WR's service and consistent with previous work they have carried out for me. I highly recommend them.”

“We called WR Engineering after someone reversed into our garage door. The team attended at short notice, were helpful and put the door back on its runners, serviced both roller doors, all ready for a house inspection due in a couple of days, which we passed. The team were friendly and came up with an economic solution. I highly recommend them”

“I have only used WR Engineering to service my garage door over the last couple of years...but have found the servicemen to be friendly and competent. The work is done with a minimum of fuss. The office staff are welcoming and friendly and it is a pleasure to use firms who cater to the customer rather than charging large amounts. “From the booking to service and repairs, everything went smoothly. Muhammad was very professional and friendly, he arrived on time and he was able to fix the issues with our very old roller door quickly. Our door opens and closes smoothly and quietly now. I wish we had booked in for a service earlier. Thank you so much, I highly recommend WR Engineering.”

“After WR Engineering replaced a common fence with neighbours earlier in the year, we got them to come back and replace a 2nd section of fence on another side of our property in August. On this occasion we had James & Pierre on the job, and they did a fantastic job: very personable, and did an excellent job in good time. We've run out of fences to replace, but would have them back again”

“Dean and team, did an amazing job today. They were, polite, helpful, professional and had great diagnostic skills, solved a continual problem I have had occuring over last few months with a new motor that was installed on my garage door. The inital installer had somehow missed putting a part onto the door as part of the inital installation, meaning the motor/door wasn't working as it should. Now the door is working - I am a very happy customer”
