“The tradesperson Steve, was courteous, polite and knew his trade. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. (I potentially have been up for a lot of money). Because of this I will be a repeat customer and let others know. Isn't this the best type of referral. Paul Crowhurst”

“Garage Roller Door jammed and was stuck solid. Contacted W.R.Engineering for assistance and they had their service manager out within an hour of my call. Curtis was very helpful and professional in his approach to the issue and had the problem sorted within a half hour. Very reasonable repair fee charged as well. Well done folks.”

“WR Engineering was timely with their site visit, quote and install of our fence. The installation of our double gate needed adjusting and I communicated this to them. When the adjustments were made, they were still not completed to my satisfaction. In my discussions with the Site Manager (two subsequent visits) I pointed out two issues to him and he did not respond. I signed the contract to pay the outstanding 50% costs because he convinced me that he would not compromise on the installation requirements, nor the total cost. This morning after the Site manager avoided responding to my concerns he explained that they are the experts and that anyone else who expresses otherwise wouldn’t a professional. I am unable to recommend WR Engineering and if anybody asks me for my reasons I’ll offer any prospective customers to see the work and telling them how much it cost.”
