My friend im the UK sent me a gift basket from Canada site ; promised delivery on the Saturday as was perishables and did not receive it till following Wed. Was crushed rotten and moldy
If i could give zero stars I would. They would only refund her half of what she paid. Stay away

Recently I’ve received my kitchen delivery I’ve broke base unit which I’ve asked them to replace and they did sent new one on 13th June
Then I am having problem with corner unit which is L shape , 2 times 600 unit where I’ve space 970mm.

Northern Ireland customers do not receive orders next day delivery. This is not clear on ordering however is in the small print of terms and conditions. Totally let down, poor poor service. Should not be advertised and charged for a service they do not provide. Will never use this service ever again and would go as far as to say neither should you
