“Item I had ordered was attempted delivery while I wasn’t available and returned to sender. Called to request the item be resent and I was assured that they will resend it. Called again to check and confirm, and was then told that I was lied to, and that I will not be receiving my item. Poor customer service. I have been lied to.”

“Ace company whether you pay every month and never miss you still accur interest every month which I is totally wrong and even if your a day late then you accur a £12.00 charge ace is making more money off people who pay monthly no matter what”

“Extremely poor customer service and shocking treatment of an old woman (my mum) who got sent by accident from Ace a double order which she returned and since then has had constant trouble with them hounding her for payment despite returning the items. Myself and other family members have spent up to an hour each on the phone and each time thought it was resolved. My mum who is 86 is still getting letters saying she has defaulted on credit (which she never took out). The bad news is she died over the weekend Ace so I suggest before we take legal action against you Mr David Twigg you get this sorted and sorted fast or I will be leaving this review across every social media site there is.”

“Only gave one star as couldn’t put 0!!! Been waiting 4 weeks for some items they still haven’t arrived no updates, no communication. I emailed and eventually got a reply but totally ignored the question of asking where my items were! I paid upfront also. They are bloody useless, honestly would NOT recommend!”

“My Grandmother sent me a hamper for Christmas which cost her £25. The contents are worth £10 if that. To make it worse one jar was totally smashed and I cut my finger when opening the box. Rang customer service about 3 times constantly being sent to one place and another or simply being hung up on. Was told I could return it at my expense and my Grandmother would get a refund. I explained it was badly damaged but this didn't matter. No apology for the damages, no offer to replace and I know my Grandmother ordered at least 6 of these for different people. Decided not to upset my Grandmother by telling her the gift was damaged so didn't continue. Shocking customer service for an extremely overpriced item.”

“Only reason I gave 1 star was because I couldn't give 0. Absolutely terrible customer service. After cancelling a product which was no longer required within 48 hours of ordering it they confirmed by email it was cancelled they then sent a text to say product delayed 4 days after it had been cancelled, I logged a complaint which was then responded too to say it had been cancelled and the money would be credited to my account. 17 days later still nothing, 43 minutes on the phone to incompetent call handler and a promised call back from a manager who never bothered to ring! 19 days later I get a text to say the product is now being delivered!!! 1 and a half hours talking to a manager named ryan who offered no solution and was unable to resolve he promised a call still no call to arrange collection of a product I cancelled 19 days earlier! Still no refund! Disgusting customer service. Incompetent call handlers and even worse management team. Shocking service will never be ordering again and will be reviewing on as many sites as possible to ensure other consumers are made aware!”

“ I have recently received appalling or rather NO service. I have emailed twice with no response, called and did not get a satisfactory response so scheduled a call for a manager to call me tonight but this didnt happen. I just called again to try to find out why the callback hasnt occurred and the adviser left me hanging on for nearly 1/2 hour then they dropped my call. Was not able to find up to date info on website Ima big customer of them usually but currently very unhappy frustrated customer”

“I have shopped with 24ACE for a number of years. Always find them very reasonable with a lot of variety. Customer services are excellent with dealing with any enquiries I have had, always pleasant and quick to resolve. 24ACE are a good company to shop from and I recommend them to people of all ages.....0-100 years. Well done 24ACE keep going we need you.”

“I have received a statement from Ace requesting payment for something I have never ordered. I Have never ordered anything this company. I have Been trying to phone their help line no answer.. I have emailed the company no reply. Very unhappy.”
