“I was able to find the item I wanted very easily on the website and placing an order was very straightforward. The goods arrived on the appointed day, in good order and with some very comprehensive assembly instructions.”

“Bought a slipstone to sharpen gouge chisels. Product arrived fairly quickly in good condition today. I haven't used it yet but would expect it to do the job. Good that I was able to check out as a guest rather than having to set up an account and password. It is quite a pain having to create passwords for every web site I shop on. So thanks for the product and for keeping it simple to purchase.”
