“1st they use a dot co dot uk address to con you into thinking it's a uk site...it's not. Parts come from Germany!
Then they give a delivery date that they will not meet (again to get your order). So our car would not have got an MOT and would be off road.
They they make it difficult to cancel the order after you've bought from the uk. This is a SCAM - AVOID”
“You find your experience better but this is not a UK website. Parts are sent from Germany so delivery is a bit slow, but that is not my issue. My issue ifms the fact that I was sent the wrong parts and when returning the item the customer has to pay the courier charge for a mistake by the supplier. Im confused how that works????????”
“Worst car part dealers in UK. Maybe you can get a bit cheaper parts. But all the trouble starts when you need to return them and get your money back, especially when they supplied faulty part. Had to wait more than 6 month to get my money back for faulty ECU control unit. Had to write about 30 emails asking what's happening with refund to them and every time they get back to me there was different person writing me telling that part is being sent for inspection and didn't told me how long it will take. After nearly a year received my money for faulty part, but didn't receive a compensation for labour for fitting faulty part. Please avoid that company if you can and don't want to waist your time and money. There is plenty much better car part dealers in UK. Thanks”
“Buyer beware, False advertising
They are not a UK company so do not understand the difference between Left Hand Drive and Right Hand Drive. On their website the items are described as for Right Hand Drive, but as they are not a UK company they supply Left Hand Drive products, which for an oil filter is fine, but not for Headlights! The car failed the MOT because they had supplied the wrong part, and refused to help solve the issue. So beware, they do not understand RHD and LHD. Their website still advertises the products as RHD, but are actually LHD.”

“Misleading and untrustworthy service
I put my car registration to search for break parts. It offered me parts i bought them. These parts were left on my corner shop and not notification was given to me. i randomly walked in at a parcel drop off point and they surprised me that parts were at that shop!
I opened the parts 5 days latter and i felt suspicious. I contacted Buycarparts via phone and they admitted via email that these parts are NOT COMPETABLE !! ( i have email to prove this)
Why would you ask me for registration and send me wrong parts!. Now buycarparts dont even want to take parts back that they mis sold to me! now i am 110 pounds down with this SCAM company”

“OMG. Do not use this "supplier". They have no clue what they're sending out and essentially call you a liar when you tell them they got it wrong, and deny all responsibility. I bought thru PiecesAuto24, but BuyCarParts.co.uk called me and and said my part wasn't compatible, and asked for more money. I sent them the extra cash, but they sent the wrong part then refused to accept they'd made a mistake. Or did they? The certainly got it right when they mis-sold me a product then stole my cash refusing even to accept a return under Distance Selling Regulations. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY DERIVATIVE OF IT. “Orders parts on the 29th April, as of today they have not arrived the tracking information supplied shows the shipment at the parcel centre on the 29th April, and there is no further update.
They agreed to refund my money but now they have told me they will only refund me when the delivery is declared lost or returned back to them as per their T&C’s, have now requested a refund from my credit card company, looking at the reviews this seems to be how they operate, would not buy from them again and would not recommend anybody else to either, total lack of customer service.”

I bought parts of them three weeks ago, they charged my bank for it and since then no news about my simple spark plugs and ignition coils. I email them to ask for an estimated date and they told me my deliver returned to them. BIG LIE, since I live in a group of flat with mail boxes inside the premises and I haven't been out of the house, since I have been working from home. I HAVEN'T MISSED ONE SINGLE DELIVERY.

“Sent me 8 incorrect spark plugs in August 2020. Emailed them 20+ times and 7 months later and still not got my money back. Long periods of silence. They do it on purpose and hope that you just give up and go away, probably as most people do. Cynical and dishonest operation.”
“Rubbish company, sells euro (LHD) car parts into the UK, so a lot of parts incompatible with UK cats. Passenger side mirror i purchases turns out to be euro drivers mirror so viewing angles all wrong. The part had to be fitted in order to find this out. There response is i should of read the item description and also added my VIN number. Just re checked web site and the description does not anywhere say LHD only , or not suitable for UK (rhd) cars. Also no option to add the vin number. They will now not accept return, w en though it is them at fault by supplying me with wrong part. Rip off merchants from afar hiding behing a UK web site. Do not use them,”

“Bought headlamps only to find that they had supplied left hand drive units and won't refund after fitting. They should be more specific with their description not a good company and not UK based. Appalling.”
“Absolutely the slowest company I have ever dealt with. 1 week before they even shipped the product from Germany. Had to buy the parts elsewhere. Eventually arrived 12 days after I ordered it. Started returns process. Took 3 days to recieve the return label. Use GLS for returns process. No link sent to find local drop off point. The whole process is a pain in the butt from start to finish. Will never use again.”
