“It took a few emails, but eventually Caprisa sent me replacement wheels for the wheel the airline lost while handling the luggage. They sent the wheels to a shop in Italy and I had a friend pick them and mail them to me. I wish they were more flexible and agreed to mail to my country, I would have paid for the delivery, but since I got my wheels eventually, I am pretty satisfied.”
