Looking at buying a matching carry on case to match our caprisa gotech suitcase. But after reading these reviews I will not be purchasing. Lift up your game Caprisa. Look after your customers and it will pay forward to new customers.

Horrible service. Needed a replacement wheel. Would never buy anything else. Shouldn't be an issue to be able to go on line and order a replacement wheel

My wife bought a lovely knapsack/ slash travel bag on a visit to Italy from a Carpisa store. We used it as a carryon twice and noticed that one of the handles was coming away from the bag; in effect it was coming unsewn. We thought, no big deal, they will fix it and we are planning on going over again shortly. Well apparently it is a big deal. Despite their post puchase guarantee, they will not stand behind their product. It’s a shame really because their products are really beautiful and it would have been a very small effort to fix the problem and stand behind their pledge. Sorry Carpisa. We shall look elsewhwere from now on.

My bag broke after 6 days. Customer service is non existent. They keep repeating themselves and tell me to take my concern up with the airline. However, the wheel broke off prior to being on any plane. They refuse to hear my bag was 6 days old and never flew on an airplane. They keep telling me to file a claim with the airlines. I stopped at the shop in Milan airport on my way home and inquired. (My bag was checked and couldn't get through security to the shop.) They confirmed there was a 10 year warranty and they should be able to send me a new product. He confirmed there were no franchises in the USA, but there might be one some day. Apparently I need to hope and wait that someone in the USA will buy a franchise. In the meantime, I have a bag w 3 wheels. I am disappointed in the Customer Service and think their warranty is a joke.

It took a few emails, but eventually Caprisa sent me replacement wheels for the wheel the airline lost while handling the luggage. They sent the wheels to a shop in Italy and I had a friend pick them and mail them to me. I wish they were more flexible and agreed to mail to my country, I would have paid for the delivery, but since I got my wheels eventually, I am pretty satisfied.

i bought a backpack from a store while i was on holiday last summer. The bag was completely torn in many spots after 2 weeks. I ve communicated with the company through messenger, nobody answered (its been like 6 months now). I sent them email with photos of the bag and at some time they answered that they would send me an online voucher which i never received though i've sent them more than 5 emails. They answer in Italian and you should use translation in order to understand what they are saying. Probably the worst customer care I've ever communicated with.

I excellent experience with Carpisa suitcases, unfortunately two of my Carpisa suitcases were damaged while traveling by Kenya and Qatar Airways. I need to buy a new ones, but your store in Qatar has been closed 😔

Carpisa was amazing for me! (Greece) I bought a suitcase from a store and we noticed a slight defect (the seam was not sewed all the way). We took it back and they gave us a new one straight away, no questions asked. Also their staff at the shop was incredibly kind and helpful from the start.

Very disappointed by Carpisa! I bought a new handbag in December and a few screws came off between February and April. I wrote to Carpisa to get replacement screws, but they wrote back that they could only offer me free shippment on a new purchase and would not send me any replacement parts. Very disappointing! I won't buy from Carpisa again.

Terrible customer service & poor quality suitcases. Not even sure why this company has a customer service team. The suitcase wheels broke after a few months. Ordered replacements and they came without the screws. Have been following up for over a month and haven't received anything. NO NOT BUY from this company!!!

Carpisa GO customer service sucks. Just because we are from other country and you do not want to warrant your products? It is within 1 day that your NEW product (luggage) came with defects. Where is the QA/QC checks? I want my luggage to be replaced. It is really heartaching buying products that have defects spotted within a day. We even went to Rome’s Carpisa GO shop to get it fixed but the staff couldn’t get it solved as well. Please do your job as customer service. I also have not receive your any of your reply via email. Gosh!

I order 88euro products from carpisa ( 3 bags and 1 wallet) and they delivered me jjust 2 bags. The customer service is the worst!!! They asked me to send them photos of the items i delivered.Why they dont ask the warehouse what they put in my carton???? no answer and solution 15 days now. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...
