“I excellent experience with Carpisa suitcases, unfortunately two of my Carpisa suitcases were damaged while traveling by Kenya and Qatar Airways. I need to buy a new ones, but your store in Qatar has been closed 😔”

“Carpisa was amazing for me! (Greece) I bought a suitcase from a store and we noticed a slight defect (the seam was not sewed all the way). We took it back and they gave us a new one straight away, no questions asked. Also their staff at the shop was incredibly kind and helpful from the start.”
