"HORRIBLE - DO NOT BUY. They wrapped plates I bought terribly with nothing that said fragile. One broke and all they would do is refund it, not replace. So I would have to pay expensive shipping ALL over again for their mistake!!! Then the item was out of stock and I couldn\u2019t even get it. What a terrible company. This issue could have been so easily fixed. I\u2019ve been a supporter since Cath Kidston started years ago and I will no longer buy for myself or others. No wonder they went out of business and lost all locations in the UK expect 1. Bad business policies. Can\u2019t believe they\u2019re so happy to upset customers. Pennywise and pound foolish."

"I bought a Cath Kidston bag (cream with flowers)a few years ago. It hasn\u2019t been exposed to the sun for long hours. I haven\u2019t used it often!!!! However it\u2019s become yellow around the edges of the zipper and around the stitches. It is ruined because it\u2019s noticeable!! I paid full price and I can\u2019t get my money back because as I said I bought it around 5 years ago. It is still new!! But it made me angry to think that I wasted my money!! "
