“I have been buying from this particular store for years due to their manager, actually i would follow him from store to store if i had to lol His customer service is like no other, I have never had an issue, he couldn't help me with. And the rest of his staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!!!”

“I initially bought from this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with melvin about the phones I was interested in that would work with AT&T's is service. Melvin was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone. Melvin was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Adam, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T service installed for 30 days which adam mentioned and told us all about. I've been dealing with the same cell2get salesperson for many years but he's been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store online will be my new store and with great sales agents like Melvin and Adam, I'm sold. I've been an cell2get customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.”

“Got a phone for my girlfriend and I because we just had to get matching phones lol we bought two Galaxy s21 they both came in new. Representative Adam was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend them with a heartbeat!”

“I want to start off by saying this is the most helpful mobile store I’ve ever had. I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and it only gets better. Melvin welcomed me with such positivity and respect. My birthday is next week and they were able to help me get the Samsung Galaxy note 20. Adam helped me out so much by transferring my data to the new phone and the application of the privacy screen to the new phone. Steven was extremely helpful and funny! They all have great personalities and are so welcoming. I will recommend family and friends to this store. They are the best!”

“Called for a quick question at their website Store and adam, very pleasant representative in store gave us detailed answer, answered all the questions with deep knowledge of the products, took his time even though he saw that we are not ready to make a purchase right away. Will definitely come back to this store to get my new phone... Update!: And so I did and adam was still there for the rescue and I was so pleased with them.”

“The representatives in this store are incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was great to navigate. There was no wait time when I was on the phone. “Excellent customer service. Rep/Mobile Expert Benedicte was very friendly and attentive to my purpose for visiting. Marcus the manager also went out of his way to assist the process. They both coordinated a solution to my issues and did their best to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this specific company location to others.”
