I never had such a easy, inexpensive and enjoyable time switching over my phone. the Sales reps there did such a amazing time working with all our needs and did a amazing job providing information over my phones that i was looking at. I recommend everyone comes here so they can share the same experience with me!”

“I am a senior and quite frankly cannot tell an icloud from a rain cloud.I went to cell2get and could not have been happier with the staff and service.Extreme patience and clear explanations helped me to choose a phone and understand all the new ways to use it. Joell made sure I understood everything about the phone before I left the store. May I also say the managers were encouraging to allow me all the time I needed to feel comfortable with the new phone if I wanted to send it back. This was a great experience.”

“I had the most amazing experience at this website. I worked with a very kind gentleman named Axel. He was extremely professional and knows his business very well. He answered all my questions, he was patient, and he gave me the ultimate customer service experience. I myself work in customer service, so I can recognize when someone is going above and beyond to give their customer good service and axle stepped up and I left a very happy customer. I will be recommending Axel and cell2get to my close family and friends because of the excellent experience I just had. Five stars across the board!”

“I went into the store to purchase a new phone and was quickly greeted by Will. He suggested me different phones and talked specs... unfortunately the phone I wanted was not in stock but he helped me navigate around the website and was Super knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Highly recommend you ask for him by name!”

“I've been here three times and they've always been extremely helpful. I even upgraded my phone recently and they were hassle free. They're open when they say they're open, which isn't always the case with these stores. This is definitely one of the best sites out there!”

“I'm very upset with the company, Very bad service when I paid for overnight express mailing and I received the phone in 3 weeks. Then I have a phone that doesn't download nothing. I waited my money on this phone. It did not have the Sony program in the phone. I have been told to be careful with this phone. i will ever buy a phone on this site again!!!!!! .”

“It took a little longer than expected to get, but the phone was the right carrier and was brand new! I currently use it and am satisfied with it. The only issue I had was I paid for 2 day delivery and waited 3 weeks! But customer service responded to every message, and sent me any info I needed to track my phone. I would buy from them again!”

“Everything I buy from them I i know my money is worth the effort on their devices they sell. Overall, good quality merchandise and customer service has never disappointed me, they know a lot on their phones but I usually call them and talk to them in case there is an issue with my order. But with all that knowledge you could always read their descriptions and save time.”
