“I bought a phone in early February. I paid for 2 day shipping. Apparently the snow storm in New York delayed my order. I received a package 7 days later. What I received was not exactly what I ordered. It was the incorrect color and didn't have any original packaging. I called to talk to someone about my package and they then informed me that the phones they sell were overstock and that's why they have unoriginal packaging. As for the color, he suggested I return the phone to have another shipped out. But I had been without a phone for too long already and couldn't afford to continue to be without the resources these devises provide. I didn't even have a phone on my birthday to call family. The only good thing about Cell2Get was they did sell the device at a highly discounted price.”

“First thing first is to make sure you're getting the correct product. Cell2get has several hundreds of different phones that you can purchase, however you need to do the research yourself in order to know what you are buying, cuz I've seen many compliments from people buying very old phones that are no longer supported or buying refurbished items of old devices and then complain why it isn't new. My experience with them has really been great. and as for someone on a tight budget I'm glad I have managed to find the budget Samsung smartphones on their website that surprisingly support the 5G T-Mobile network. All that for just 400$ it's not the best you can get out there but it does the job and Im thankful I've had the pleasure to make business with them.”

“They charge high prices for phones that are not brand new, shipping is horrendous and they don't even come with all the accessories. Last phone from them took over 3 weeks, sent it back because I ordered 64GB phone, they sent a 32GB one (like I would not notice) and had a small crack in the back and the SIM card door was scratched so clearly was used at one time. Now waiting for the replacement, who knows what I will get! I should have just got a refund but not many available for what I was looking for, so maybe this one will be better.”
