“I have called your company trying to return the phone we purchased as I did not know it was going to be a used phone. Twice I have filled out the return request form and I never get a response. The gentleman I spoke with on the telephone told me there would be no problem returning the phone but I have yet to receive a return form.”

“The best merchant for devices out there! I have dealt with many sellers such as new egg and Amazon when it comes to phones they all give poor customer service and do bare minimum to help and charge a min of 25% restocking fee. But cell2get is much more helpful and thoughtful towards the average consumer and they are willing to give full refunds and if needed their restocking fee are low. I'm glad to make business with them.”
