Faulty item received, cannot get response to emails, cannot get through on phone, do not use, appalling customer service

Sent a t shirt back sent them proof of delivery they ignore all calls and emails. 46 emails sent and no reply had to put a claim in via paypal

Returned an item before Xmas. Still waiting on a refund. Sent numerous messages through their contact form. Tedious and extremely poor customer service. First and last time using. From all the recent identical poor reviews, I'm wondering if they are in trouble

Awaiting a credit for over 19 days now! Have sent two messages- no response. Spoke to an advisor after hanging on phone for an hour - they said money would be credited Thurs 13th - still no sight of it! Do not purchase from this website - customer service awful!

Same story here...Returned item, no refund for almost 20 days. Sent 3 emails, no reply. Tried to call, 35 people waiting! Absolutely horrible service! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Same problem as many others. Need to return item but have used their email contact page three times now and still had no reply. Tried phoning on numerous occasions but number 19 in a queue is the best I have achieved but it is usually in the high 30's. They suggest the option of using live chat but it doesn't seem to exist. Altogether a quite awful service (or should I say 'non-service). I will not dream of buying from them again and would suggest others look elsewhere. Very, very poor - a one star review would be overrating their service.

My wife bought an item from this company for a Christmas present. Unfortunately it didn't fit me. Due to our wedding and honeymoon being three days after Christmas it is only now we've tried to exchange the item for a bigger size but the customer services refused to do so stating it had been five months since purchase! Clearly can't do maths as it was bought at the end of October and we are not yet halfway through January. The item is still in their stock and we are not looking for a refund just a bigger size.... pathetic customer service

Not answering my emails about an order still not delivered since December 12th. Sent numerous emails, but no reply. Tried phoning, same negative experience. Would advise everyone to avoid using this awful Company.

Just spoke to Greg who was extremely helpful and brilliant customer service after a pair of boots got delivered to france by accident (my error) and they have sent a replacement next day. it did take a while to get thorough on hold - but well worth it for that great customer service!

Ordered a Barbour jacket for my hubby for Christmas. Too small, sent back, still waiting 2 weeks later for refund. Tried calling, held on in queue for 26 mins then call got disconnected. Emailed, no reply. I'm FUMING

I needed to return a sweater and exchange for a larger size. Have emailed and had no response, and telephoned customer service. On three occasions I was number 25 in the queue. I held for over an hour and still was no where near, so I gave up. DO NOT BUY FROM COUNTRY ATTIRE.

Had to return items - 2 jacket, one was refunded and one not, even though they were in the same package. This company is running a scam - how can so many people be saying the same thing, clearly this is a scam they run. I'm open to joining with other to file a law suit - is their a facebook group??

I also was worried about ordering a pair of shoes from Country Attire, after reading all the reviews. I’m happy to say I received them on time delivered to US. I think the majority of these negative reviews has to do with sizing and returns. My advice, triple check your UK sizing to your size.

I need to return an item, I followed instructions and received a RAN returns number, follow the instructions but ReBound will not accept it. I tried ringing last week and started at number 28 in the queue. I waited on hold for four hours, got to number one in the queue and was hung up on. Appalling. I have since emailed three times and have not had a reply. Do not order from this company.

Same problem as everyone else,need to return Christmas present that is to small but no reply to emails or Twitter account. Poor customer service at best I know that there might be issues with staff shortages but just let us know..

Bought pair of Ugg slippers 23rd of November for Christmas present Unfortunately they didn’t fit. I just needed to return them .Can’t fault delivery just the fact you can’t contact customer service Emailed on 27th dec returned automated email saying it looks like I’m out of time to return but they would reply within 48 hours . It’s now 5 th jan no reply. Everytime I telephone I’m number 27 in the Queue (what are chances of that) ?? I will never ever order from this company again ,their customer service is as far as I’m concerned is non existent. I’m now left with a pair of exspensive slippers that dont fit Come on country attire Get your act together. I would like a refund But I won’t hold my breath.

I returned an item through rebound and have emailed them quite a few times and they don’t answer. I called and after 2 hours trying to get through I hung up. I want my money back! Order # 8029641 Rebound tracking 920223901007847000017186072 Shows it was received at the local hub Sent back 12/6/21 The worst company ever! Give me my money back or I will review everywhere!
