Please do not order anything from company, I only looked at trust pilot and not this website before ordering. My Penelope Chilvers boots arrived scratched and it took numerous phone calls, emails, live chats before I had a reply. I think in total I contacted them 20 times before they replied. I doubted that my refund would ever be processed and so in the end I kept the damaged boots. I was so disappointed with the customer service they offer and I have contacted Penelope Chilvers as well. Please don’t buy from even if it seems worth it because they offer a discount.

I ordered the T-shirt for my son, but have to return it due to the big size, I have contacted them so many times, they don't reply my email. if I had read reviews first I probably would not have bothered with this company. the order number is 8064597 ReBOUND Tracking No: H01X1D0000149614 ,my refund would be appreciated.

Ordered 2 jackets , both had to be returned due to size . Got one refund within a week , the other I have been waiting on since ..emailed twice with no response, phoned 3 times , all saying I am 32 on the list ( how that happens I don't know ) ..if I had read reviews first I probably would not have bothered with this company. order number is 8169879 RAN 1326358 ..my refund would be appreciated..

Courier delivered to the wrong house. Been informed Country Attire cannot do anything until they raise it with DPD & it'll take 48 hrs, well it's been over that and I cannot seem to get hold of anyone now.

**AVOID USING COUNTRY ATTIRE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES** They are refusing to reimburse £500 of goods that I have returned, claiming not to have received them, despite the fact that I have used their very own courier service, followed the process down to the letter, and the box has been received in their warehouse. The customer service is absolutely appalling, obstructive and usually uncontactable. I can see many other customers are reporting similar problems and one wonders if a fraudulent process is at work within the company. This company's processes need external investigation-- I am taking this up with the Ombudsman and suggest others do too.

Tried returning goods - been over a week since Post Office delivered it to them and no refund or even acknowledgement of receipt. Have spent over thee hours on the helpline and have got nowhere. Avoid this company at all costs, their customer service is appalling!

THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST COMPANY. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PRODUCT. I HAVE REACHED OUT 3 TIMES TO REFUND MY CARD AND IT HASN'T BEEN REFUNDED. I AM NOT DEALING WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THIS COMPANY MIGHT BE A SCAM

Price on website does not include duty/taxes, delivey fees. The delivery fee does come up when you process your order, but the other fees do not. I ordered 158 dollar purchase and Fedex changed another 43 dollars for duty, rod fee(whatever the hell that is), taxes etc. Very disappointing seeint the little canadian flag on their website. One would assume duty was taken care of when buying from a canadian website. Would not recomend to anyone.

I purchased a crossbody bag and within 2 weeks of carrying it, the clasp broke completely off. I sent several emails with pictures before anyone ever responded. I sent repeated emails asking if they still had stock of this bag because I wanted a replacement. It took numerous emails to find out that no, the actually were out of stock. So I had to ask if they would do a price adjustment because I wanted to keep the bag but it was not worth the full price. They did nothing g to accommodate me I was the one that kept asking for responses. I STIlL have not gotten a refund or price adjustment. This is THREE weeks of emails with few responses from them. I DO NOT recommend this company!!!!! They have horrible customer service. There is no US phone number so email is the only way to communicate with them. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least!!

I ordered a very expensive jacket. FedEx stated in customs the box was empty upon arrival. FedEx said contact Country Attire. Customer service has not gotten back to me and the phone number from the US does not work. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!

I ordered boots & then not 12 hrs later saw they said to size down...so I contacted them to fix this right away & they said they could not fix it as it was too difficult to find my order & shipped it anyway...terrible customer service...

Ordered 2 items from Country attire. The Barbour hat arrived and an empty padded envelope which should have had Cath Kidston products in it. Just glad I received the more expensive item but annoyed other product not in box. I have contacted the company twice but they don't reply.

Received faulty goods which then took forever to get a refund. They didn’t refund the postage for my return which their terms and conditions state I am entitled to if the purchase is faulty. I would never buy from them again, they make it very difficult to do business with. Avoid at all costs.

Must admit I was a little concerned after reading all of the bad reviews but working in the service industry I know people are much more likely to complain than to offer praise. My items arrived quickly, as ordered without hassle. Duty 18% and tax 13% in Canada was bit higher than I expected but I should have checked that before ordering. Count me among the satisfied clients.

bought some Birkenstock’s about a week and a half ago and made the mistake of reading the reviews after I purchased them instead of before so was very anxious that they wouldn’t turn up & that I would loose my money but surely enough they arrived this morning

product returned and after a month they ask for a track and trace code and if you no longer have it, you have to pay for the product without having the product anymore!
