Ordered expensive uggs from here. Couldn't choose signature option for delivery and I never received my order. Courier GPS says it was delivered so they say case closed and I'm down $200. Terrible communication, I had to chase them up ONCE MORE after they said they were waiting to hear back. DONT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU'RE FROM NZ.

What a scam. I ordered wellies last Friday through their site and they charged me straight away. They also claimed for it v rapidly as the transaction is no longer pending. Nonetheless, I haven’t received an order confirmation and have tried their customer service number twice - only to be put on hold for 30 mins and then cut off. They tell you what position you are in the queue which I can only imagine is fake as I was at “position 2” for 20 minutes. They don’t have an email, only their online contact and I haven’t heard from them via that means either. Keep away from these cowboys!

You didn’t put a contact phone number for the delivery service so I couldn’t pay duties and it got sent back. Now trying to get a response from your customer service is slow and difficult. Wish I could give it less

Country Attire uses Landmark Global as their shipping partner to customers outside of the UK, which means you'll never receive your purchase. Frustrating and ending up feeling taken advantage of.

Terrible service. Shoes does not fit its purpose. It caused me huge feet pain after just wearing 10 min popping to a local shop. Could not put a shooes on my feet for 3 days. Sent back and they said no refund as it is used. What an actual f. I have tried to explain it has issues and does not fit its purposes but they dont seems to care and sent back the shoes to me using more packing materials. Very sustainable… After several Email conversations they still say no, simple. Very unprofessional and cant do anything with the shoes as cant wear it.

Please don’t purchase anything from them, they are cheater. I purchased shoes and send wrong shoes and they charged everything and when parcel arrived FedEx asking money for delivery and I said to FedEx that I paid online he said no you did not and then I asked to check invoice and he agreed that I paid online but company did not paid them that’s why they money from me and sent email to Country Attire and they refused and emailed me to deal FedEx. Simple is that they are cheater.

I ordered a pair of Polo Ralph Lauren swim trunks for men and the dye from the shorts ran on them and turned the white parts navy blue. I have many Swimming trunks from Polo Ralph Lauren and this has never happened before. This has only happened when I ordered from Country attire. Will not be purchasing from this company again. I also paid for 3 day shipping and received order over 2 weeks later.

Sent back a £380 Filson wax jacket that tore just getting in the car. It is now over 6 weeks and apart from an initial email from 'Sorah' saying they have received it and are dealing with it they have not answered any emails or sent a refund. I wish I had read other reviews before buying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would absolutely not deal with this company again. I ordered some sunglasses to be delivered to the US and paid extra for expedited shipping. They failed to provide the necessary customs information and it’s been sitting at fedex for over a week waiting for clearance. Sent multiple emails, no concrete responses, I’m dealing with fedex on my end trying to provide the necessary manufacturer information to get the package cleared. It’s an absolute mess.

Honestly- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I know starting a message in caps sometimes puts brings authenticity into doubt, however I assure all readers that this is 100% honest and accurate. I purchased a pair of shoes for £160, they were too big so i returned them. (Note there is no way to just request another size you MUST return them). I requested a refund through their system, printed the label off and returned via Yodel. Everything was followed to the letter of their policy. It turns out the refund number they provided me with linked to an incorrect return label with their provider Yodel, ultimately this meant my shoes were somehow sent to a different company. Despite the error being solely on their side, their customer service team (person called Greg) refused to help me at all, despite several attempted calls and detailed emails explaining the issue. I am currently out of pocket £160 with no product to show for it. I am having to go through the arduous process of issuing a small claim against them to get my money back.

Terrible company - ordered a coat that took ages to arrive then the zip was faulty. Very awkward to zip up and split on two occasions. Customer service were very unhelpful and eventually told me to return coat so they could review it - took ages again and then was told they’d tested the zip and it was fine so they were returning it to me In other words accused me of lying. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them - plenty of other companies out there selling the same products with professional customer service - avoid at all costs!

Ordered a jacket at the end of March and still haven't received. They refuse to refund my purchase and "Sorah" in customer service is a completely useless at their job. Save your money and buy from literally anyone else.
