If you have a problem it will most likely be late shipping, lost package, order never dispatched for shipping, and should you need to return an item because they sent you the wrong size. Get ready for a nightmare experience you won't believe that could happen to you. These positive reviews are usually generated by a PR company that flushes good reviews for any site. Instead of paying these PR companies to do this, it seems logical to put their money in providing excellent customer service and the positive reviews will be flooding this site.”

Customer service is terrible, inefficient and they don't solve anything. They sent me a product with a manufacturing defect (twice, that is, a zero score for quality control and the warehouse) I returned it, they received the product back, but I have no prediction of when it will be accepted and after that when I will have my money back. I’m not entirely sure how reviews are filtered here but if you want to see the truth just have a look at trustpilot.
Did a return for a jacket I bought and they said that it didn’t meet the return requirement as it seems that the jacket was used.
Now I have clean conscience knowing that I tried it on and immediately returned it cause it didn’t fit me.
Who does not have clean conscience is diesel, which used these sad cowardly tactics to scam people just for a little extra cash.
Needless to say customer service was the worst, constantly redirecting me to other people other phone numbers etc.
This experience has been absolute hell. It got to a point where I don’t even have the energy of writing a more detailed review about how upsetting this has all been.”

Still haven't received it yet so I am dealing with the delivery company myself as the only advice from diesel is to be patient and leave them alone in the nice manner. According to the consumer rights I can see that is not the way it should be dealt with as obviously I want my money back because it wasn't cheap not mentioning it has to be an anniversary gift for my fiance...
