“they didnt have the colour of bed sheet i was after in the sales items, so i settled for a different colour. whilst in the very long que for the tills, which actually went down very quickly, the sales assistant from the bedding section had found the colour i wanted and has been wondering round the store (bearing in mind its huge!!!) and found me with the colour sheets i wanted! excellent customer service.”

“We regularly visit Dunelm Cafe in Reading - good range of food and cakes for all ages and at a decent price. Only downside is the salad that comes with the jacket potatoes which is routinely pretty dismal!”

“Great range of products to suit all budgets. We bought 2 throws and various cushions to tie in with our new lounge colour scheme. The choice was second to none and the staff are very helpful too. They have their own brand ranges as well as those such as Dorma etc. Great store!”

“There was a great selection of ready made curtains in store to suit all budgets. Even though I chose some from the cheaper range, they hang well and compliment my sons bedroom well.”
