strange that there is no feedback access on your website I would like to tell you about my shopping experience good and bad in your nottingham store today first the good i was looking to buy net curtains I entered your store at 3-07pm it took me nearly 30 minutes to find someone on the top floor that could serve me to the product the guy was very good and deserves some praise for his customer service after cutting the lengths of material i headed down to the till point area .........there was one person on the till serving a queue of 37 people another woman was on the till point but not serving and one of your staff chatting away with a friend about her day near the tillpoint when i pointed out maybe they needed some help she said that staff were finishing now and thats all there was to serve it was now 4-11pm with 37 customers in the till line awaiting service surely when its that bad advisors should be aware that the till needs servicing noy just walk away to me it showed total lack of care or pride in what they do or how the store is run i had to go as i needed to be home for 4-30pm a final last time i shall go to that store i handed the products to your advisor i was spending over a £100 but the passion your staff showed was not worth the wait to pay

Why is it taking 3 weeks before I get my order of a chest of drawers? There is also no answer to that on your help centre. No phone number. You just have to wait or cancel. I have to wait till the 18th July and paid hundreds of pounds for the drawers. Money taken in seconds and no item for nearly a month and no contact with anyone on a phone. A company is only as good as someone on the other end of the phone!...... and there is no one there. Very disappointed on the long wait. The summer will be over by the time I receive my order. Don't understand taking the money so quickly. This is the second time theres a problem. First one I cancelled as dates went wrong,now I have to wait and wait and wait .....and wait.

I bought a beautiful king size brocade type quilt set. I have washed it and dried outdoors and it is impossible to iron out the creases. As it is it is useless and cannot be used again. I got it at Blackpool but cannot get a response from them on the telephone. What should I do?

I bought four faux fur cream cushions from you about 2 months ago. They were £8 each. Today I decided to wash the covers, what a joke the whole of my living is covered in balls of fluff. I don't think material is suitable for cushion covers. It took me over an hour to get rid of it all. Would appreciate your comments on this.

I've visited dunelm 3 times and each time I've had to leave the shop as I come over mussy and feeling sick from the lighting or maybe something from the fabrics has anyone else had this problem.

I placed an order for Tv table tobe delivered on the 15 March paid br MasterCard but that is not the issue.My tv table cost £247.00. And stating on my I.pad free delivery, yet I was charged £9.00. The girl serving said anything over £40.00 is free delivery.
