the automated messaging system was a week behind. Ordered the a couple of days before valentines day to collect ready for the day. The email said i would receive a message when they were ready to collect. This didn't come though until the 21st of February. Not very efficient.

Thank you for your review and feedback. So lovely to hear that your order was made for you ready to collect on Valentine's Day. I hope your recipient loved their flowers. Sorry to hear how you felt after receiving a delayed email. Our florist has control of this, allowing them to keep you up to date in real time. It seems this was done a little late on this occasion. You can image how hectic a florist shop must be on one of the busiest days of the year. We will look into automating this further.

Poor presentation and half the Flowers lasted 4 days, the rest less than a week. All for Valentines day with a price tag of £45. The recipient was very disappointed. Would not use Florist up my Street again

Appalling! Flowers that I had been informed, had arrived on the agreed date, had not. When they did arrive, 5 days later, they had withered and died. Just the Valentine's day gift we wanted!

Thank you for your feedback. We work on behalf of many local florists around the UK to help promote their individual services. Your feedback is very important to us, helping to keep the standards of our vendors as high as possible. Looking into your order, on this occasion the chosen florist made and posted the flowers successfully with a next day delivery. The third-party delivery service failed to make the delivery which caused the issue. The order was promptly dealt with at the time with a full refund with alternative suggestions. We are very sorry, and on behalf of the florist, for the failed delivery by the courier and have arranged with the florist to not use that service again.

Severely let down by the courier service DPD on Valentines but when the bouquet arrived 5 days late (and left outside when it was designed to fit through a letterbox) it wasn’t all that. Was I meant to retie the red ribbon? Even with my discount there wasn’t enough flowers to justify the price....I know things get inflated for Valentines but really not worth it. On the flip side, the original florist arranged for a local shop to supply me with a bouquet and it was fantastic so I will be ordering from them directly to avoid disappointment from this website. Been let down too many times by florists on such an important day, lesson now learned

Great to see that the florist arranged another order for you after finding out about DPD failing to deliver. That's fantastic service! You would think DPD wouldn't delivery Valentine's flowers so long after they were meant to reach you. Sorry about their service. We feel this is quite an unfair review knowing what lengths the florist went to rectify an unfortunate situation but we appreciate your feedback and have advised all our partner florists not to use that delivery service.

My flowers for Valentine's day arrived today, 18/02/19 dead, also don't know how much my partner paid, but more green the flowers, very disappointed,

Definitely not worth the price, even after using a £10 discount voucher. Very very disappointed ☹️

The order (10311) I placed for my mother's birhday flowers were not delivered. They decided to wait until two days AFTER the supposed delivery date to tell me by text that they 'could not fulfil my order'? What exactly is the point of supplying my phone number if they're not going to use it, BEFORE the delivey date to inform me of any problems? The very impersonal message I recieved was a generic token apology, at best. All I receieved was a full refund!! WOW I should think so!! Will NOT be using your service again.

Good to speak to you and thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the florist missed the order notifications, which is an extremely rare occurrence. My children ordered a bouquet for my birthday and I'm very disappointed knowing what they paid and what has been delivered. The bouquet has carnations, crysanthemums, a sprig of lilies, and 5 roses with a touch of greenery and gypsophelia. This cost £40+ and is certainly not worth it. Would NOT recommend to anyone, even my worst enemy.
