“spell 160 on trainers and still not received them and I cannot get in touch with you guys and no one will answer my emails and I'm left out of pocket really not happy at all very poor service in comparison to JD and sports direct who have delivered my stuff very quickly”

“If I could give them a -5star I would. Ordered two pairs of trainers twenty days ago at the cost of nearly £250 for my kids at xmas. Got email to say they had arrived and they hadn't. Rang footlocker who said it was left on my doorstep. No card or nothing. Filled in a form to say IV not received them to be told ten days later I had filled the form in wrong and they need it again. Also delivery driver now changed his story to someone at my address signed for it. I live on my own and haven't signed for it. Now IV got to wait another five to ten days for a reply. Absolute joke. Will never buy from them again. Absolute scammers. I'll be contacting my bank in regards to fraud”

“Would seriously recommend not to buy from Foot Locker. After a month and a half during which they sent me the wrong item three times, ignored several emails and did not follow up on what they promised, I finally received a call today from a manager (who they originally claimed does not exist) offering a measly 30% discount on my next order. The item is now no longer available on their shop because so much time has passed. This company will bully and smokescreen you and will only take you seriously if they feel they have to. Shameless.”

“I ordered Nike trainers black which duly arrived very promptly . Unfortunately you sent me pink! I contacted your customer service number! Waste of time as no one answered and the line went dead . I’ve sent an email had an aknowledgment but nothing more. Wouldn’t use you again!”

“On google i typed in "nike air max bw classics" and at the top of the page appeared a photo of the running shoes with the company footlocker uk underneath it, so i click it thinking it would take me to the footlocker site, instead it takes you to a Chinese company based in russia called "sierraforuk" a company that hasn't been going for long, some poor customers will be victims of fraud by thinkung the site is footlocker”

“I bought a pair of Nike in July. I did not wear the shoes more than 10 times and there is a rip on the front in one of the shoes. I contacted the company but they said it is not a manufacturing fault. I basically bought an expensive pair of shoes which i am not able to wear anymore... The company should take the responsibility for selling bad products. I will never trust them again.”

“Footlocker always has the most trainer choice compared to any other website and free delivery on order £60 and over. I've never had any problems with any orders from footlocker. Most orders arrive within 2working days”

“I bought a pair of trainers to be delivered to the store (Romford) there was No communication, two different sizes got ordered, then the wrong colour got ordered and then they decided not to call me when my order was finally ready. Terrible service”
