“Now the website says max 5-6 days of deliver but Its taking them two weeks probably longer to deliver the trainers I ordered. Tracking number doesnt work even though I had an email saying it’s been shipped. At this point I have no clue where my trainers are. I have contacted customer service twice now. I wish I read the reviews about Footlocker before I bought the trainers otherwise I wouldnt have ordered them. If you get so much negative feedback then why dont you as a company do something about it? Or just shut the whole thing down? Waste of time, energy and money!!!! Think about the customers you’ve stolen money from, you wouldnt like it if it’s done to you!”

“I’ve given one star but that not even worth that, placed an order for trainers last Sunday and still not following Sunday and no correspondence received via email so I email customer services late last night as it’s my daughters birthday on Tuesday, response I received was order cancelled and money will be returned in 5-7 days. Shocking service as it took my email for them to cancel order. Do not use footlocker”

“Really!!! What C**TS Really? I can’t even possibly put into words what I want to say about Footlocker right now... THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH... EVER!!! Totally destroyed my young daughters Xmas!! Ordered some trainers... took my money... sent out the email saying ‘trainers dispatched’ After 3 weeks... no trainers arrived... Went back to customer services... the guy said.. he’ll look into it... Couple of days later... just got an email saying my money has been refunded!!! WHAT THE F***??? Totally destroyed my daughters Xmas!!! What a f***ing shabby organisation!!! WHAT A F***ING JOKE!!! I AM P**SED RIGHT NOW.... HOW CAN YOU HANDLE PEOPLE LIKE THAT??? I’m a big man right now... but I actually feel like going back to my old hackney roots and f***ing some s**t up!!! TOTAL P**S TAKE MAN!!! Totally ruined my daughters XMAS!!! W**KERS!!!!”

“i waited for hour the delivery time came and went then suddenly the item showed a delivered i was confused since then i have sent footlocker many email and contacted them on their website but no support or refund”

“The worst company in the universe. No customer services at all. And I am not exaggerating. No refund, no apology, no comms at all. Compete blackout. This strikes me of the actions of a company going bust. BE AWARE AND STAY CLEAR.”

“Wish I could award no stars! Ordered a pair of trainers and returned them using their courier service. No refund after 6+ weeks. They confirmed it had been returned, then they stopped replying to my emails even after I told them I was initiating a chargeback! Phone number does not work. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! 😡”

“I actually can't believe you think you can trust these online retailers to just have your money robbed, not even get a reply on the phone when contacting customer service and you have the cheek to say their is no agents available. I'm truly upset about this I am a care worker and dont appreciate I have to go out and work for my money and a trainer company think its just ok to take my money and not send me my parcels. Biggest day flight robbery I've ever seen FOOT LOCKER EU are taking advantage of this uncertain time and need to be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“spell 160 on trainers and still not received them and I cannot get in touch with you guys and no one will answer my emails and I'm left out of pocket really not happy at all very poor service in comparison to JD and sports direct who have delivered my stuff very quickly”

“If I could give them a -5star I would. Ordered two pairs of trainers twenty days ago at the cost of nearly £250 for my kids at xmas. Got email to say they had arrived and they hadn't. Rang footlocker who said it was left on my doorstep. No card or nothing. Filled in a form to say IV not received them to be told ten days later I had filled the form in wrong and they need it again. Also delivery driver now changed his story to someone at my address signed for it. I live on my own and haven't signed for it. Now IV got to wait another five to ten days for a reply. Absolute joke. Will never buy from them again. Absolute scammers. I'll be contacting my bank in regards to fraud”

“Would seriously recommend not to buy from Foot Locker. After a month and a half during which they sent me the wrong item three times, ignored several emails and did not follow up on what they promised, I finally received a call today from a manager (who they originally claimed does not exist) offering a measly 30% discount on my next order. The item is now no longer available on their shop because so much time has passed. This company will bully and smokescreen you and will only take you seriously if they feel they have to. Shameless.”

“On google i typed in "nike air max bw classics" and at the top of the page appeared a photo of the running shoes with the company footlocker uk underneath it, so i click it thinking it would take me to the footlocker site, instead it takes you to a Chinese company based in russia called "sierraforuk" a company that hasn't been going for long, some poor customers will be victims of fraud by thinkung the site is footlocker”

“I bought a pair of Nike in July. I did not wear the shoes more than 10 times and there is a rip on the front in one of the shoes. I contacted the company but they said it is not a manufacturing fault. I basically bought an expensive pair of shoes which i am not able to wear anymore... The company should take the responsibility for selling bad products. I will never trust them again.”

“I bought a pair of trainers to be delivered to the store (Romford) there was No communication, two different sizes got ordered, then the wrong colour got ordered and then they decided not to call me when my order was finally ready. Terrible service”
