I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker. If you have to return your online order, Foot Locker charges you a return shipping fee now. Read return policies before buying. It also takes some time to get a refund back to your credit card after they received the online order back.

Absolutely awful having ordered on six different occasions I am yet to receive any order and have had to wait weeks for a refund each and every time this company needs investigating as to whether any genuine person ever receives any items they’ve ordered from them stay away from them utter garbage worse than loan sharks making money off innocent hardworking people
