“ I had a problem with a hoodie i purchased(was not delivered, lost) i contacted Foot Locker customer service through email and they were great. They found my order, and offered me either a refund, or to ship the order again to me. ”

“ Ordered my Air Max from Footlocker on 26/08/19 and they were delivered (to the Uk from France) free of delivery charge within 48 hours, correct size, as described and also £20 cheaper than anyone else. I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker.
