“Hi went there for my daughter’s birthday who has learning disabilities,the staff was excellent,did not wait to long for the food. Unfortunately we was told at approximately 8.30 at night on the 12th April by a young bar staff that he was not going to serve us any more alcohol,he felt we all had to much to drink,yes we had a laugh it was my daughter’s birthday,there was 9 of us,what did he want us to do sit there and be quiet,I have been going every year for her birthday,and yes she does not drink alcohol.”
“At first I thought the staff seemed nice at the Eldon Square venue but then be came clear the they where judgemental and whilst watching for my breakfast, I had came back to my table and it was left for me upon me trying to thank the staff they ignored my thanks and continued there day to day business. I found this in credibility rude and will not recommend or return.

What sort of place would do this to a customer I was disgusted and appalled at this poor behaviour of a customer I was walking out and then I was asked to pay for the food ordered. I asked why was my food taken away they said we thought you had finials should have told us you were going to the toilet. What a joke !

“Had 2 delivered meals, and living less than a mile from Great Park. Meal was luke warm, Chicken did not taste fresh and was not moist. Not value for money, Only good thing was communication. Very disappointing”
“We ordered the salmon and lasagna. The fries were very nice. The salmon was a good size portion but cooked dry and firm and a bit chewy in places. The vegetables, beans peas and broccoli, were firm with a bite but I think they may be pre-cooked from their tainted taste. The lasagna had a lot of soft nice flavoured pasta unfortunately it over powered the rest of this dish because the meat sauce wasn’t very flavoured And the white sauce is plain but at least it had soft mince through out, however I think It would benefit from a covering of cheese on top. If I made one for myself I’d use more mince meat and add a pinch I’d fresh herbs and coat grated cheese all over the top. That to me is a proper lasagna.”

“The pasta sauce is really quite poor - far far from what you would get in a real Italian restaurant and certainly not for the price that they charged.
Saying that, the pizza was not bad, but for the same money you could eat at Pizza Express or Franco Manca and still have some change.
Didn't try the burgers, but again, any of the luxury burger chains would charge the same or less.
F&B is more about the theme than the food, but you do pay a lot for very ordinary food.”
“This used to be a really good place to eat out , It was a treat , ordered a burger tasted better in takeaway places rather than this burger , first one came out cold even chips were cold , Son`s pizza also was cold . Hubby`s salad had limp lettuce not the fresh salad you would expect . It felt and smelt like I was eating in a greasy café , Not the experience I expect from somewhere like F&B`S . With the desserts icecream was like a puddle so more like cream (what there was of it) . custard had a skin on it so had clearly been sitting on hot plate . If I wasn't meeting up with friends and we hadn't already purchased vouchers I would have avoided this place after the bad reviews of late . Though I cant comment on the other people`s food in our group , they were still having their starters and their mains came out . They then had a cheek to add 10% on the bill for a service charge - what service”
“Too expensive for what you get. I was hungry afterwards. It's basically fast food slowed down and put on a plate.
We were unlucky with our waitress, they didn't all seem to be as passive aggressive as she was.
Agree with other comment about the pizzas they were pretty poor. A frozen supermarket pizza would have been much nicer.”
