“The food was OK and the service was good, but oh!...how I was disappointed with Frankie and Benny's. There was none of the Wonderful fifties music in the background, no Italian lesson when I went to the bathroom, in other words, it's not Frankie and Benny's any more. The atmosphere is gone. Memories shattered.”

“Nice atmosphere good service. Downside, a little pricey, (e. g. £3.40 for a side of chips, £7.00 for a gin. Two people for a starter, 1 drink and mains £50) Overall, food OK, but value for money not so good. There cheaper options that are better.”

“The service we received at Frankie and Benny's on Monday 23 December 2019 at Halifax was great. The food and service delivered by Sophie our waitress was prompt and fantastic. I will definitely come again and would recommend this place as you get good food and service at reasonable prices.”
