“two friends and I went for lunch on Wed 22nd Nov. Such a pleasure to go in sit down and have a waitress making sure were comfortable. I wish I could remember her name as I did ask but should have written it down. Helen I think? Anyway ordered a drink which appeared in no time at all and having given our food order expected to wait a while but no it appeared quickly and was served pleasantly by our waitress who came back and checked we were ok and that the food was okay. Excellent service from a lovely girl and went and asked for the manager to commend her for her level of service.”

“Excellent service and suggestions by Jessica. Excellent food, drinks, atmosphere. It was my birthday and they made it special with a birthday song. The only snag was I did not like my apple pie dessert.”

“It was our youngest daughters !3th Birthday Party. She wanted to have a family meal for her birthday at Frankie & Benny's. She had a great time, we all did to be honest. Our waiter Stenphen Parker was very attentive and very helpful to all our needs. The food was good and tasty. Every members of the families had a great time. Thank you.”

“I went to Frankie and Benny's on Saturday in Harrow and had fish and chips with a 50% reduction on all main meals. Pedro served me , he was particularly affable and had a very pleasant personality, the food was very tasty and was hot, it was particularly tasty , i then had the apple pie with hot custard and ice cream for dessert , this was equally tasty. The food has improved drastically since i had visited there over a year ago and the service was excellent. A very nice experience.”

“Visited Argyll Street, London and enjoyed food, atmosphere and service was excellent. ser ed by Conchita who was fantastic. Her attention, courtesy and service was caring and considerate. Clearly, properly trained in customer service.”

“Ollie served us tonight in Street Ollie served us tonight in Street, Clarks Village, first class service and the food was great! However, the meals are so expensive in this chain now that it 's a bit of a joke, nearly every time I try to use a voucher, it doesn't cover the day we are trying to use it on !!! You know the sort ''Valid only on days without a Y in it'' code discounts, I don't think I will go to these restaurants any more, just not worth £80+ every time!”

“called in the Merthyr branch today which we do often usually after a visit to the cinema never had a bad meal there and always find the staff very friendly and efficient and Fay who served us today was no exception to this ,she has served us a number of times and is always very attentive”

“Went to Frankie and Benny’s on Monday evening for dinner. The food was lovely and Szinthia was great even though she was rushed off her feet. The service was very good and came with a smile. Thank you Szinthia for a lovely evening.”
