“Order received quickly although two items were not as ordered. I emailed at 7pm that evening and received an immediate response from Malcolm explaining what had happened and he resolved it the next morning. Excellent service and communication, will use again.”

“I was pleased with how to order and your quick response and delivery service! As the towelling robes are Christmas presentsI haven’t unpacked them but my initial feelings were that they were packed nicely and felt lovely and heavy! About to order two more for my husband and myself. Very happy, thank you.”
