“The duvet , towels and bath mats are very good quality. The mattress cover is a bit thin, but can't complain for the price.”

Hi Nickolas thanks for the review, believe it or not DPD are the best of a mixed bag, all couriers failed miserably over the Christmas period to deliver goods. Good to see you got your item Malcolm

“Good price for good flannels and towels but unfortunately sent via Yodel... Pack was ripped open and goods exposed/dirty/dusty. Using Yodel as your courier would unfortunately probably prevent me from buying from you in future. Please consider changing your courier!”

Hi Julie thanks for letting us know you are happy with our tablecloths, they are manufactured to a very high standard and aimed at the hospitality market so you should have no problem washing and re using the table cloth time and time again. “They were delivered on time. One little bit of feedback is that the slippers are approx a size 6...I am a size 3 so you can't really call them "one size". The slippers smell very odd too a cross between a rubber factory & a swimming pool.. I have had to open each pair & leave them in the fresh air & spray them with fabreeze & had to leave them in the utility room for approx 2 days & now they are ok.”

Hi Pam Sorry to hear you to go through airing the slippers, unfortunately due to the sole and the PVS slippers can form time to time have a smell. This smell will go after a day or so out of the packaging. With regard to the size the business does purchase what is know as one size slipper for the hotel industry which are used for new customers alongside our bathrobes for use within the hotel. I will make a note of your comment reference the size and see if it is possible to receive a more accurate sizing form the supplier. “I ordered a tablecloth and napkins for next day delivery, they didn't arrive on time and when they did get here, the tablecloth was the wrong size. However when I advised them of the error, they rectified it and sent me the correct item on a next day delivery. The tablecloth and napkins are of excellent quality.”

“The order was received within 48hrs very efficient. However 1 item was missing.Very prompt response made good.They do not like to have any problem linger.The errant item arrived. Not the same colour or quality of towel.Better in fact and no grounds for complaint. Thank you”

“Hi I am very pleased with the toweling dressing gowns i have purchased,i ordered another two.I washed them and tumble dried them as they loose a lot of fluff.Brought them for my b&b. Will be ordering more.Very good quality & value.”
