This is re: Jomalone.com, online site for US. My experience in trying to order from this site several days ago is possibly the worst that I have had in a long time: a)site was slow to complete my order and kept "looping" back. I try to leave site but came back to see that my credit card info. was STILL there. So I stayed with it until order was complete just out of fear of leaving an open-ended order with personal info. visible. What should have taken under 2 minutes took over 15. b) then got the confirmation email with a promised "ship by" date--but then noted that my credit card had been charged for FIVE extra charges (small but still...). they were "pending" and dropped off after a couple of days BUT so did the charge for the order!! c) tried to use the "live[not] chat"--useless. I called several times--not willing to stay on hold for more than 10 mins. I emailed several times--no answer. I have no idea what happened to that order but will keep an eye on my credit card billing... In short, I like the few Jo Malone fragrances that I have tried, BUT not enough to go through this hassle! The world is full of wonderful fragrances in a bottle--and 99% do not say "Jo Malone" on the label. If you absolutely must have a JM fragrance, go to Nordstrom: always free shipping and samples, sometimes discounts and sales, too--and always reliable ordering process! Macy's also has some, but maybe not as much of a selection--but also sometimes has sales/discounts that apply to fragrance. As for Jomalone.com--buyer beware!!

Ordered 2 advent calenders (£640) direct online in November and still not delivered (091220) - no joy geting through on the phone or email. Advent calenders from 7 other retailers all arrived on time. It seems their whole warehouse and logistical operation has collapsed. Avoid.

The lack of customer service is appalling. I lost my job because of the pandemic and felt so down one day and really wanted to treat myself for once. Went into the JM store and the all experience was awful. I came out in tears. Contacted the customer service and of course I never even got a reply. The brand has gone incredibly downhill from years back and I strongly feel that that should reflect on the price.

So after writing to Jo Malone about the poor quality of their products. I received an email from them saying someone down customer services will be in contact with me within 72 hours. 72 hours later still no one has contacted me If anyone is thinking of buying anything from JO MALONE please don’t waste your money

I have a pomegranate room diffuser there is absolutely no smell from it. I know have it in my en-suite bathroom. The smallest room in the house and still there is no smell.!! I am better buying the cheap versions in Aldi these smell stronger and last

I cant believe I could not change a delivery address or cancel the order I made within a few hours. I wont be going here again. Amazon would simply refunded my money without question

After complaining and sending photos regarding my recent order you haven't even bothered to reply. The order was incomplete and was not gift wrapped as you offered. The bag tie is damaged so no good. Very dissapointed with your service

Having used them many times, each time has presented another reason to complain such as items missed, poorly packaged and this time my parcel being lost and no explanation, had i not contacted them I’d never had known, worse thing is the customer service it’s really poor

If I could give zero stars I would. Such a terrible customer service for such an high end trademark. Right hand doesn't talk to the left hand and the costumer is the looser. From slow shipping to lack of communication and totally uncaring customer service rappresentatives I will never buy from Jo Malone again. They are not the only fish in the sea

I recently purchased a bottle of perfume for my wife's birthday from Jo Malone. The item was very slow to be despatched and I received no communication explaining this until I chased via Twitter. Their Customer Service team seem very disinterested. They also rejected my cashback claim through a 3rd party site for no reason. I definitely won't purchase from them again.

Don’t buy from Jo Malone, the customer service is awful. If anything goes wrong with your order they will totally ignore you. I have still not received the return postage label to get a refund on the candle and they won’t take it back in the stores if you purchased online. Absolutely disgraceful. I do not recommend

DO NOT BUY @jomalonelondon Diffusers!!! Put the diffuser Reed on my bathroom shelving for 2 seconds and it melted away the paintwork!!! Made a complaint to @jomalonelondon and they said it states in small print, in the label under the bottle (very small print) that the oil can damage furniture! How about putting it on your care card!!!! Price of the diffuser was refunded but won’t compensate me for the furniture damage! Anyone who knows me, knows I absolute love @jomalonelondon and have purchased so much over 15 years!!! NOT ANYMORE!!!! Very unhappy customer and will take my custom to the creator of @jomalonelondon @jolovesofficial!!! @esteelauder 😡😡😡

Avoid online ordering Avoid! I ordered a perfume with engraving on jo malone site one week ago, as a birthday gift. The package was delivered by Hermes courier company at an obscure “post box” near the address I expected it, nowhere to be found. Telephone customer services insist it has to be internally investigated with the courier/driver, before they can offer me a refund, re-post of the package, or other resolution. Currentl situation: paid £137 for a lost perfume, missed the birthday celebration, and unaware if I will be refunded at all. Deeply disappointed.
