THEY GOT TWO OUT OF TWO ORDERS WRONG AND ON THE SECOND OCCASION FAILED TO DELIVER FLOWRES TO MY GIRLFRIEND ON HER BIRTHDAY THE GENERAL MANAGER COULD NOT CARE LESS ALMOST SCOFFING AT MY COMPLAINT AND SAYING WELL IF YOU COMPLAIN IT WILL BE ME THAT ANSWERS SO GO AHEAD! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL

I ordered beautiful flowers for a funeral of a wonderful friend/ adopted like family. I ordered what I was expecting to be a perfect example of the representation of what the person would have chosen themselves. They called only a few hours prior to the funeral to say they didn’t have the basket and asked to put in a vase. They put them in a cheap horrible vase that totally made it look even worse. Picture of what I ordered along with picture of what was delivered!! Totally disappointed and will NEVER use them again. A 2 year old could do better

Ordered Flowers to be sent to visitation, the flowers were not delivered supposedly due to a lack of a certain flower that was suppose to be in the vase and they needed confermation to use a different flower, they said they called me but no message was left, they said my voicemail was not working, that was a lie we checked it, I asked why they did not send me a text, they said they had no way to do that, they said they could deliver it to the funeral the next day, I finally allowed that even though nobody ever looks at the flowers on the day of the funeral, only during the visitation. these people have no Heart it is all about the money, I see why the reviews on thier page are all positive because you cannot leave reviews there, They suck, Never again will I order from there they are a Joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service! Had to call 3 times to find out that the delivery service never delivered the flowers and that they would send an apology with the flowers once they were delivered. And all they were going to refund me was the $7.00 delivery charge. Give me a break! I will never order flowers through this site again! On top of that, all the customer service reps were clearly from out of the country which makes it extremely difficult to communicate with them. What a horrible experience! Never again!

They promised a sympathy bouquet to my son- in-law between 9am and 6pm on Monday when he arrived home from his dads funeral. But it never arrived, so I canceled the order! I will never ever use Just Flowers again!!! They are horrible!!!

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and 5 days later still not delivered. Tried calling customer service many times with no answer. Emailed many times no response. What a huge scam this company is. DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM.

HORRIBLE company that defines "overpromise and under deliver" (or in my case, don't deliver at all) with deceptive website advertising and non-existent customer service. I am amazed and impressed that some of the reviewers actually got a live human being on the phone, because I have not been able to. I paid over $100 plus delivery fee for Mother's Day flowers to arrive on Sunday. Received a text message late afternoon (when every flower place I tried was sold out) saying delivery would occur on next available day. Two days later, NO DELIVERY. No response to emails or website inquiries either. BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE---DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I order flowers for my mother for Mothers Day last week. Delivery was suppose to be fore Friday. Received an email on Saturday stating that they tried their best but my order could not be delivered and will be delivered the following business day. Monday I received the same email. On Tuesday I received a cancellation. I tried to call customer service but a person is non exiting. I had to leave multiple messages. Nothing.

I strongly recommend not buy flowers on Justflowers, the customer service was very bad and poor service they promised of doing delivery around 1 to 3 PM over the phone and later they sent an email saying "we apologize for not having this order delivered on the day when it was supposed to be due to ongoing pandemic we only have limited supply as of now and some of the shops are quite far. this order has been rescheduled for delivery tomorrow 3/17" If they mention to me they don't fo delivery on the 16th I will not place the order on the 15th. I can go to local flower shops and I can place the order.

I ordered flowers on 1/18 for delivery on 1/23. I paid an express fee to have it delivered by noon because my mom was going to be out in the afternoon. My mom called me late Saturday night (1/23) to state she did not receive the flowers. I called Just Flowers on Sunday, 1/24 to complain. They said they can't do anything until the local florist gets back to them. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called later in the day on 1/24 and told them that my mom got a call from the local florist saying they couldn't deliver on Saturday and if she wanted the flowers today. She said no and that she wanted a refund. The rep again said that they said they still need to confirm with the florist (the rep would not release the name of the name of the florist to me) but they claim the florist was CLOSED on a Sunday (I told her that's impossible since they called my mom on Sunday) and that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called TWICE on Monday, 1/25 and was told that the florist is claiming they DID deliver it and that they had a delivery log. I asked to see the log and it was emailed to me. It stated that the flowers were delivered at 4:10pm and there was a signature. Except...it wasn't my mom's signature. Whoever forged it spelled my mom's first and last name wrong. Terribly wrong. Also...my mom was at dinner at 4pm so there's no way it was delivered. The customer service rep kept insisting that it was delivered and I said it wasn't. So the rep did NOT believe me. Fast forward to Tuesday, 1/26. I called my mom's community club house and spoke to the manager. I asked if there were any deliveries made around 4pm. She said a local florist, FLOWERS TO GO (West Palm Beach) tried to deliver at 4:15pm BUT the it's a gated community and no one is allowed in to the community if someone was not home. So according to the community manager and the security guard, FLOWERS TO GO was denied entrance. I called Flowers to Go and spoke to Felli. She stated that they did NOT deliver the flowers on Sat. She confirmed that they were denied entrance. She also stated that she called my mom on Sunday (my mom already told me this) and said that they couldn't deliver the bouquet. So...why did Just Flowers claim the flowers were delivered when the local florist admitted to me AND my mom that they weren't? Who forged my mom's signature? Where did these flowers go?? Why didn't Just Flowers believe their customer?!!! I kept saying it was not delivered and the rep kept saying "well , the florist said it WAS delivered" essentially calling me a liar. After 5 calls to Just Flowers, my money was FINALLY refunded. I will never ever use them again.

If you want Flower delivered late call Just Flowers. If you want flowers delivered half dead call Just Flowers. If you want flowers in a container that looks like it came from a yard sale call Just Flowers. If you want to hear that they will not stand behind their service call Just Flowers. If you want to be over charged for something that's nothing like you ordered call Just Flowers. You will be so much better off going to the local store and buy flowers off the sidewalk and deliver them your self. You will save money, time and heart break.

They advertise on Google the guarantee deliver for Valentines day. What a big scam. They stole over 130 dollars from me and keep using unscrupulous tactics to avoid refunding your money even though you never received there flowers. If you in the mood to feel raped and violated and just have money to throw out the window then by all means this is the company for you. Apparently I am not the only person they violated because all their reviews read like rehearsed script. That is because they pull the same scam on everyone they rip off. The overwhelming one star rating does not lie. All the contact phone numbers are also a big lie. No one ever answers the phone at any of them. I know I tried them all and all day and night long. Your asked to leave a message that will never be responded too. The email contact is also a big lie. No one will ever respond to you with anything but an automated email. The overwhelming reviews don't lie. These people need to be reported to someone. Its an online clip joint with beautiful pictures of flowers that you will never see. Spend a few dollars more and go with a reputable on line forest with a history of decent business practices. I have never felt so frustrated, violated and disappointed in my whole life. This web site is nothing more than a computer generated money eating machine with an absentee landlord.

First if you want to learn about this company go to justflowers.pissedconsumer.com. They have their own website of consumers who hate them......jeez. I ordered a dozen roses to be delivered the same day per their online ad. The roses did not arrive. You cannot get anyone on the phone. The roses arrived the next day, but my wife had left on a business trip. The local florist that delivered the flowers informed me that JustFlowers had only placed the order with them that day. When I requested a refund from JustFlowers they informed me that they had decided to reschedule my order after I had placed it. They also said they could only give me a $15 credit (cost me over $100). The money doesn't bother me just the dishonesty. I learned my lesson JustFlowers is JustDishonest. Use FTD.

I ordered flowers & chocolate to be delivered to a friend who was down and needed a little pick me up. I ordered them on Thursday 2/14/19 (Valentine’s Day) for same day delivery. I was understanding that it got delayed due to the holiday. They arrived to her on Saturday and with no chocolates after several calls and emails. I then asked to speak to a manager and after a 30min hold a person named Regi told me that I had to wait for them to do an investigation. Pardon my language, but investigation my ass. They did not wait to take my money so why do I have to wait for them to investigate something that has nothing to be with me. Long short of it, no candy, the worst customer service, and I think I deserve all of my money back for the inconvenience and the rude service of this manager.
