“After spending an hour looking for the perfect flowers for my niece's birthday I called justflowers who stated they delivered on Sundays the day of the birthday. They delivered a day early and I was shocked when she sent the picture to me that did not look at all like I ordered. I called them and they said they tried to deliver on time but if I read the policy I would have seen it was sometimes off a day or so. I did not see the policy before I ordered but talked with a person to ensure the right date. The flowers came in a vase not the basket I ordered and I had gotten a premium upgrade but the flowers were not what I paid so for 104.00 I got the wrong (and less) flowers that I ordered and also the wrong day. They offered me 10.00 discount which was an insult.”

“Thus is the worst ever! My daughters first baby, a girl, ordered pink lily's with pink vace, pink teddy bear 84.00 plus delivery and this is what she got at the hospital. Nothing what I ordered. They will make what they want... one pink tulip and a bunch of baby breath”

“They charged my card , we put order on hold until my sons girlfriend got back to college and once she was back they told me I had to speak to billing !!! So they took my 105.00 and pocketed it !!! No flowers ,no bear and no ballon!!! No delivery at all !!!!They Could barely speak English and it was the same people that answered phone !!!! They are scammers”

“Horrible experience. If you're smart you will not use this company. I wish I had read the reviews they are true not exaggerated. I got a text at 6:30 p.m. the night before a funeral. A friend of 35 years had died. They were unable to deliver the spray for a grave site that I had ordered for days before. The next morning I called a local florist and had an arrangement sent. It also was a disappointment because it was not what I wanted to begin with but the local florist did a good job. I would never trust Just Flowers Inc again. Call a local florist you'll be much more satisfied than dealing with these jerks, clowns and incompetent fools”

“This was an order for a funeral. I double checked and they even called me to confirm this order yet after the funeral was over I got an email saying they had been unable to deliver it on time for the funeral...this after the delivery was ordered and delivery confirmed for the day before. The they asked if I wanted to reschedule. How does one reschedule an order for a funeral.. Of course it is impossible. I await their refunding my credit card. In the future I will never order from them or any online service again but seek out a reputable florist in the town it is to be delivered in and I would suggest others d”

“How many thousands of times should I subscribe you? How much do I tell you not to send an email? How ignorant are you? why are you so stupid You are disturbing. I have been unsubscribing every time for several years but you keep sending stupid emails, this is the last warning or I will sue you.”

“I spent almost $100 on a order and they failed to send or have delivered the arrangement that was depicted when I sent pictures of the arrangement received which did not include a vase or a card, as promised. Over a series of 4 escalations the company and a manager repeatedly argued , spoke over me, refused to listen and became very antagonistic and disrespectful, and suggested that the recipient had mental health issues, and they refused resend the flowers originally order or to refund the money. It’s a clearly sales fraud, I formally worked on the florist business, and I’ve never observed a more unprofessional company.”

“Stay away. Did not deliver what was ordered. Ordered a basket with a variety of greenery and flowers and a box of candy. Got a cheap basket (with tag still on it) and just greenery and some of the greenery already had brown on the ends. No flowers just a cheap bow. Customer service said flowers are out of season! Hello! Your company name is just flowers. Also ordered a box of candy. Got a bag of Turtles like you'd purchase at a drug or grocery store in a bag that was a little beat up and the fold over top was slightly open. I've called at least 4 x to complain and am now waiting for the General Manager to call. Very disappointing.”

“THEY GOT TWO OUT OF TWO ORDERS WRONG AND ON THE SECOND OCCASION FAILED TO DELIVER FLOWRES TO MY GIRLFRIEND ON HER BIRTHDAY THE GENERAL MANAGER COULD NOT CARE LESS ALMOST SCOFFING AT MY COMPLAINT AND SAYING WELL IF YOU COMPLAIN IT WILL BE ME THAT ANSWERS SO GO AHEAD! “I ordered beautiful flowers for a funeral of a wonderful friend/ adopted like family. I ordered what I was expecting to be a perfect example of the representation of what the person would have chosen themselves. They called only a few hours prior to the funeral to say they didn’t have the basket and asked to put in a vase. They put them in a cheap horrible vase that totally made it look even worse. Picture of what I ordered along with picture of what was delivered!! Totally disappointed and will NEVER use them again. A 2 year old could do better”

“Ordered Flowers to be sent to visitation, the flowers were not delivered supposedly due to a lack of a certain flower that was suppose to be in the vase and they needed confermation to use a different flower, they said they called me but no message was left, they said my voicemail was not working, that was a lie we checked it, I asked why they did not send me a text, they said they had no way to do that, they said they could deliver it to the funeral the next day, I finally allowed that even though nobody ever looks at the flowers on the day of the funeral, only during the visitation. these people have no Heart it is all about the money, I see why the reviews on thier page are all positive because you cannot leave reviews there, They suck, Never again will I order from there they are a Joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Horrible service! Had to call 3 times to find out that the delivery service never delivered the flowers and that they would send an apology with the flowers once they were delivered. And all they were going to refund me was the $7.00 delivery charge. Give me a break! I will never order flowers through this site again! On top of that, all the customer service reps were clearly from out of the country which makes it extremely difficult to communicate with them. What a horrible experience! Never again!”

“They promised a sympathy bouquet to my son- in-law between 9am and 6pm on Monday when he arrived home from his dads funeral. But it never arrived, so I canceled the order! I will never ever use Just Flowers again!!! They are horrible!!!”

“HORRIBLE company that defines "overpromise and under deliver" (or in my case, don't deliver at all) with deceptive website advertising and non-existent customer service. I am amazed and impressed that some of the reviewers actually got a live human being on the phone, because I have not been able to. I paid over $100 plus delivery fee for Mother's Day flowers to arrive on Sunday. Received a text message late afternoon (when every flower place I tried was sold out) saying delivery would occur on next available day. Two days later, NO DELIVERY. No response to emails or website inquiries either. BUYER BEWARE”

“BUYER BEWARE---DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I order flowers for my mother for Mothers Day last week. Delivery was suppose to be fore Friday. Received an email on Saturday stating that they tried their best but my order could not be delivered and will be delivered the following business day. Monday I received the same email. On Tuesday I received a cancellation. I tried to call customer service but a person is non exiting. I had to leave multiple messages. Nothing.”

“I strongly recommend not buy flowers on Justflowers, the customer service was very bad and poor service they promised of doing delivery around 1 to 3 PM over the phone and later they sent an email saying "we apologize for not having this order delivered on the day when it was supposed to be due to ongoing pandemic we only have limited supply as of now and some of the shops are quite far. this order has been rescheduled for delivery tomorrow 3/17" If they mention to me they don't fo delivery on the 16th I will not place the order on the 15th. I can go to local flower shops and I can place the order.”
