Flowers delivered looked nothing like what was ordered and paid for I ordered a birthday bouquet from JustFlowers.com based on a specific arrangement pictured on their website. The bouquet I selected was a beautiful arrangement featuring pink gerbera daisies, green hydrangea, and two yellow roses that had sentimental meaning. I also paid an additional fee for a bouquet of four birthday balloons to be included with the delivery. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement that was advertised. The bouquet that arrived did not contain the gerbera daisies, the green hydrangea, or the yellow roses that were clearly shown in the photo on the website. Instead, the arrangement contained completely different flowers, including large yellow lilies and red roses, creating a totally different look and color palette from what was ordered. The vase was also not the same style as the one shown online. In addition, although I paid for four balloons, only one balloon was delivered. While I understand that florists may occasionally substitute flowers, reasonable substitutions should still resemble the arrangement that was advertised. In this case, the flowers, colors, and overall design were entirely different, and the paid add-on items were not delivered as ordered. This purchase was meant to be a thoughtful birthday gift for a friend, and it was disappointing to see something so far from what was selected and paid for. Based on this experience, I would caution others ordering through this company and hope they will address this issue and ensure customers receive products that reasonably match what is advertised.

The absolute worst experience, would not recommend at all! Ordered flowers for my mother in the hospital, website said same day delivery...didn't happen...not even the next day either. I tried to cancel and guess what, getting the run around even though they are absolutely at fault. No refund and no flowers because she has been releases from hospital and 45 minute drive from.flourist now that they aren't wanting to do. Said they will refund me 15$ of the 75$ I paid and literally got nothing! Absolutely ridiculous

DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM!!!! I ordered a "premium" bouquet and what was delivered was less than half of what you'd expect. In the 20 years of ordering flowers for friends and family all over the country, this is by far the biggest ripoff.

Do NOT use JustFlowers.com. This company appears to operate as nothing more than a middleman, and our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We ordered flowers for our daughter’s 20th birthday and were promised delivery on Friday. When that didn’t happen, we were told Saturday. By Saturday — after the third call — they admitted they were still waiting to hear back from a florist to even accept the order. Yet somehow, in the same conversation, they assured us the flowers would arrive Sunday. That made no sense. We then called every florist in the college town where our daughter lives and confirmed that no flower shops there are open on Sundays. So there was no realistic way they could deliver as promised. At that point it felt like they were simply telling us whatever would keep the order active, hoping we would accept a late delivery on Monday — which would have been after her birthday and completely defeated the purpose. This wasn’t just a delay. It was repeated missed commitments, lack of transparency, and unrealistic promises for a time-sensitive occasion. If you want flowers delivered on time, order directly from a real local florist. Using this service was a mistake, and I would strongly warn others to avoid the same experience.

Charged more than quoted me. Could not understand the person that was taking the order. I asked twice if she was local she did not answer me. I did not realize it was just Flowers until I had placed my order and went into my bank account. it was the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything and I pray to God the order is good or I’m gonna go after them. It’s a poorest customer service I’ve ever had.

Order delayed 4 days Ordered red roses but got half dead purple, white, pink and couple red roses. Spent hours needing an interpreter for their customer service. They refused to refund money, called the person who got the dying flowers to check my story, got $15 back on $100+ order. Pathetic experience NEVER ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS!!!!!!!!

Ordered Flowers on Saturday 1/17/26 to be delivered on Thursday 1/22/26 they didn’t changed the date to 1/23/26 and to be there before 9 am even paid for express delivery so they would get there faster what a joke they got there after the person left and had to come back and get them what I ordered and what she got was totally different very disappointing and I would never order thru them again

Late December 2025, Florence, AZ. What a terrible thing to do to a grieving family. My aunt passed away in Arizona and my uncle and I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home on the Friday before the Monday viewing. There was also a church funeral on Tuesday so the flowers would be then taken to the church with the casket by the funeral home. I arrived in town on Monday afternoon and my uncle informed me that none of the flowers we both had ordered arrived at the funeral home. We were never told the flowers weren't delivered. As we drove to my uncle's house I received a text from JustFlowers informing me that the florist would not deliver my order to the church the next morning unless I paid another $38 (my order was about $150) and my uncle received an email saying the same thing about his order. I immediately called customer service and told them that was unacceptable and then they offered to deliver the flowers for only $22 more then what I had already paid. I refused so they offered to deliver the flowers to my uncle's house AFTER the funeral for only an extra $22. What the hell kind of company thinks you can trap families into paying exorbitant fees last minute to do the job that they already agreed to do the week before the funeral? It's obvious they thought i would freak out about not having any flowers at the funeral and would agree to pay the extra. I took my uncle to Safeway and we bought 6 vases and a bunch of flowers for $200 and my wife arranged them beautifully and we used them for the funeral. We both got our money back after we let customer service know we weren't going to be swindled by this florist. Will never use JustFlowers again. They should be ashamed of the service they don't provide. They also lied and said the funeral home had refused to allow the delivery on Friday, we checked with the funeral home and the said no one ever called or tried to deliver on Friday. Again, after they failed to deliver on Friday they never contacted either one of us until Monday afternoon about 4:00.

Never Delivered Funeral Flowers — Horrible Service JustFlowers.com took my order, then claimed they needed more money because my florist didn’t have the flowers I picked. They never delivered anything — not for my son’s viewing or funeral. They called during the funeral, then again five minutes later. Afterward, they said there were no florists in my area and tried offering a discount and credit. I demanded a refund, which they resisted until I pushed. This company is unprofessional and heartless. Avoid them at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will deliver the flowers they choose when they want. There were three variables to my order, the date, the note, and the flowers, and all three were messed up. I did not order roses, who I was ordering for does not like roses, yet that’s what was received. The colors did not match, and I was not contacted for a next step had what I ordered been unavailable. There was no note included in the order despite the note I wrote included in the order receipt. The delivery was a day late despite advertising same day delivery. Customer service was hard to deal with, requiring multiple calls during my work hours to explain the situations with little remorse. I am incredibly disappointed, will not be using this company again and will be leaving honest reviews everywhere I can.

Ordered a beautiful plant arrangement online and different and ugly one was received. It’s very expensive and the plant looks like it was bought from a store. Don’t order from this website.

I ordered an arrangement for my Mom for Mother's Day. Scheduled for Saturday delivery. Monday they sent a message saying sorry we couldn't deliver today with no explanation why. Tuesday same message. Wednesday I called. No delivery because the specific flowers weren't available. NO ONE CALLED FOR SUBSTITUTIONS??? That is usually what happens. I asked for a refund. We will see if it shows up in 4-6 business days as I was told. They offered me 10$ off for my delay. Really? You should have at least offered me free 6 day delivery. Lol what a joke they are.

Late delivery and wrong flowers - AVOID this site. Bad experience. Won't use JustFlowers.com or any FTD-operated site again. Delivery was a day late, and the bouquet ordered was substituted with completely different flowers. I specifically selected an arrangement including Peruvian lilies, but they shipped purple and white roses. After sending an email with pictures, it took seven call attempts over two days to speak with a representative. Do NOT use JustFlowers.com unless you really don't care what they send or when it will arrive.

Flowers were ordered in advance for me by my favorite niece. They called today letting me know that they would be delivering my Mother's Day flowers tomorrow which is Wednesday. They apologize they said they were backed up because it was Mother's Day. No s***!! They back peddled and wanted to give my niece $10 I told him it was not good enough and then they said they would give her $15. This company is irresponsible, unreliable and I strongly advise anybody reading this NOT to do business with these people.

The absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers on Tuesday for a Sunday delivery for Mother’s Day. My flowers were never delivered, I called to cancel the order. They hung up on me multiple times, I was called back by a manager, who assured me they would be delivered that day. I told him I would keep the order if he could show me, they would be delivered that day, and he made that assurance.They never showed up that day, and never showed up the next day. I called to cancel the order and was hung up on again, and was not able to reach a manager. Amazingly my order shows up in an email as canceled. I urge you to use anyone other than this service

Ordered flowers in plenty of time for my MIL’s 90th Birthday. I called the day of the delivery and was told it was being delivered. Less than an hour later I get a sorry about the delay, it will be delivered the next day. I call the next day around 3pm and they tell me they don’t have a florist in that area because it’s too remote. If I would have known, I would have ordered elsewhere so she would have her flowers on time. I ordered from Amazon, less money and will be delivered on 10/2. Sadly they will be past her Birthday. I will never use them again!!

Justflowers is a scam! Do not order from them. I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday. Paid over $100 for it to be delivered on her birthday before noon. We told her to stay home and receive a wonderful surprise. It was not delivered before noon, it was not delivered that day or the next day. It was delivered in the afternoon in 2 1/2 days!! The bouquet did not resemble a picture even a little bit. It was bouquet that would be sold at the grocery store for $10. My aunt was very upset and felt Dishonored by such gesture. I tried to disputed with a credit company, but just flowers refused to refund me because they said the flowers were delivered. However, it was very late and bouquet was horrid!!!

My daughter ordered flowers for me to be delivered on Mother's Day. They assured her they could do this. We were leaving on a trip on a Wednesday and the flowers arrived late on Tuesday night. Not only were the flowers not the type my daughter ordered but they we assembled by a Safeway store 20 minutes away from us. The vase was clunky and ugly, the roses mostly open, and the bouquet was stuffed with fillers, like ferns. I tried and tried to reach Just Flowers and was on the line for 25 minutes and then was disconnected. This is a horrible company with no customer service. They charge a hefty price for not much at all. BEWARE OF JUST FLOWERS. If they had any kind of corporate consciousness, they would refund my daughter her money.

I selected them for a Mother’s Day delivery because they advertised they could deliver on Mother’s Day itself. They took my money and delivered it the day after Mother’s Day. I would have selected a different company if I wanted it delivered the day after. If they don’t have the volume or resources to deliver on Mother’s Day, they should shut down orders after a certain time period, not falsely advertise that they can do something they cannot. Customer service responded to my complaint saying that the flowers were delivered. They didn’t acknowledge that my complaint was that it was not delivered when it said it would be. Then they offered a $5 credit! Not even covering the cost of shipping! By the way, the $100 bouquet had, get this, carnations in it! Major scam.
