Very disappointing experience with JustFlowers. The bouquet that was delivered looked completely different from what was ordered, and on top of that it arrived 3 days late. When you order flowers for a special occasion, timing and presentation matter — and they failed at both. What made it even worse was customer service offering only a $10 refund as if that fixes the situation. I don’t care about the $10. People need to know to be very cautious ordering from this company because they clearly cannot fulfill what they advertise and promise.

Do not order from here. I ordered Mother's Day Flowers for my Grandmother. They did not arrive. After multiple attempts of trying to make contact the only successful response was through using their website to log an issue with my order (They will not respond to emails sent directly to their service account) I received an email from the company saying they were looking into it and that was the last I heard from them. They do not answer the phone. Instead I got kept on hold for ages before being disconnected. All I want is a refund but I doubt they will even give me that. It has now been a week since I placed the order. Mother's Day is well and truly over and my grandmother still has not received anything and the company still won't issue a refund.

I placed an order with JustFlowers.com Saturday before Mother’s Day for a floral arrangement specifically intended for Mother’s Day delivery. At the time of purchase, the order showed an expected delivery date of Sunday, May 10 (Mother’s Day), and I paid approximately $28 in delivery/service fees associated with weekend/holiday delivery. After the order was placed, the delivery date was repeatedly changed. The flowers were never delivered on Mother’s Day, and as of filing this complaint, the order still has not been delivered a week later. This order was time-sensitive and tied to a specific holiday occasion. A flower delivery arriving long after Mother’s Day defeats the purpose of the purchase entirely. Despite charging premium delivery/service fees, the company failed to provide the service as advertised. I am requesting: * Immediate cancellation of the order * A full refund to my original payment method, including all delivery and service fees * Written confirmation that the order has been canceled and will not be delivered I believe the company’s handling of holiday delivery expectations and continued postponement of delivery dates after payment is unacceptable.

If I could zero stars I would....As many have wrote, I should have read the reviews. Failed delivery and flowers and roses were wilted. I asked for a partial refund for delivery charges at bare minimum, no response. Do not use this floral company.

Ordered flowers for mother's Day and the were never delivered even tho when I ordered them, it said it would be delivered for mother's Day..I keep getting emails stating it is delayed for the next day.. I've gotten three emails stating this and nothing has been delivered. I tried to call and after waiting on hold to speak with someone, it gets disconnected each time..I will never buy flowers from this place again!

I should have read reviews before ordering. I ordered flower arrangement on Saturday, May 9, from the website of Just Flowers. Right under the image of the flower arrangement, it stated "Mother's Day Delivery". When I ordered it confirmed the delivery for Mother's day. On Mother's Day around 5 p.m. I get a text that they were unable to deliver, that they would deliver on Monday. On Monday I get a text and an e-mail stating they they were sorry that they were unable to deliver that they would deliver on Tuesday. I tried calling them for three days, line is busy and then call is lost. I also e-mailed twice and letting them that I was upset, that I thought that they had deceptive marketing practices. They knew that they were unable to deliver on Mother's Day, but once they have your money you have to wait until whenever they can do the deliver. It appears that deliver is usually 3-4 days and not as they advertise. I paid $25 for delivery Do NOT order from them. I would have been better off researching and ordering from a nearby florist.

I have ordered from Just flowers in the past and have always been satisfied. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day and paid $25 delivery fee, my total was $101. I received an email that said that her flowers were unable to be delivered on Saturday and I was like, that’s ok, they will deliver them on Mothers Day..They were delivered on Monday evening! Why did I pay that $25 to begin with?? I am very disappointed! I cannot get anyone on the phone. I will advise never order from this company as I sure won’t be!!

So disappointed in this company! I ordered flowers for my mother who is in assisted living home. I first got a text message that the order would be late being delivered on Monday and now I have my mother anxiously awaiting for her Mother’s Day surprise(Flowers) that she is no longer going to get as I just got a message that the order was canceled! HORRIBLE!!! I will never use them again and be sure to share with family and friends! 😡😡

I ordered flowers for my mother and mother in law for Mother’s Day. I requested they be delivered on Saturday May 9th and I received a text stating they apologize for Not being able to deliver them but they would deliver them the next day. Here it is May 11th and they still have not received them. Tried calling them because I want my money back and I cannot get a hold of them. NOT HAPPY

We place an order on justflowers.com for Mother's day. The website (and our order confirmation) stated 10May as the delivery date. Yes, we ordered on Saturday, however, the website did state and allow me to choose 10May(Sunday) as the delivery date. And, I did receive email confirmation Saturday evening, for a 10May delivery date. During the afternoon of 10May, I received notification that the delivery would be delayed. Yes, I did wait to the last minute, however, the website ensured delivery and allowed me to choose Sun, 10May. I called into customer support 11May and attempted to cancel my order. I was told that it was too late and they directed me to the fine print Delivery FAQ at the bottom of the page. Now, if you are purchasing a product from a website and they allow you to choose a date on their calendar, knowing that they will not honor that delivery date... why would I check the fine print? The website clearly identified that they could deliver on Mother's Day, however, based upon the Delivery FAQ fine print - it was my responsibility to confirm that the calendar/delivery date that their website provided was in fact a legit date. If this were not a holiday, and if the website did not promote delivery and if the website did not provide an undeliverable date for my selection - I would have been dubious. Customer service read the script well, and I received a $10 credit. The delivery fee was $27.98, the flowers $100. And, I had to run out and purchase flowers. Again, yes - waiting till the last minute isn't good. However, if a company providing the service allows you to order and promotes the ordering.... only to have their CYA policy in fine print at the bottom of the page, shame on them for their deceptive marketing practices. I learned my lesson... NEVER again will I use JustFlowers.com

Just awful. They tell me the day of at 5:00 pm Mother’s Day they can’t deliver the flowers that was already very expensive. And now they have ruined a special occasion yet again. I don’t see how they r in business if they can’t get flowers to their customers that is what their business is. I am telling everyone do not order from here. Next time I will look up local florist in the area I’m delivering too. I give it NEGATIVE STARS!!! And their customer service is horrible

I was guaranteed next day delivery, I asked 3 times if you guaranteed it, yes,yes,yes. I received a recycle next day, that it would not be delivered next day. I should have read reviews 1st.

Ordered flowers on May 6. Just Flowers stated they would be delivered on May 7. they were not. Nor were they delivered on May 8, 9 or 10. I could not reach anyone on customer service call. The website is no help at all. No response to anything. Don't waste your time.

AWFUL .... ordered flowers for my daughter a week in advance.. They did not deliver asked 4 days latter for more money . then said the couldnt get flowers. I guess GA dried up.. AWFUL customer service.. EXPERIENCE was stressful.. DO NOT order from them

Ordered on May 1st. Not delivered until may 4th. No communication plus received a totally different arrangement that has petals dropping off and wilted flowers. Getting the runaround since I called customer service yesterday. I want a full refund. I have had better flowers from Walmart!!! Do not use this company.

Just flowers is just awful. I paid 175.00 for funeral flowers that were old sparse and nothing like what was on the website. I sent a photo to customer service and they said it was fine clearly they have very low standards. Do not use this company ever.there might as well be no customer service it’s that unhelpful. They have over 2000. Bad reviews wish I had read them before I ordered. Buyer beware

Horrible company! Ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance for an anniversary. Flowers never showed up and there was no mention of why. I called the 24 hour customer service number and was on hold off and on for a total of almost 3 hours. When somebody did answer he said he was the only one working and he just got to work. He said he would follow up and call the florist and would call me back or email me with what he found out. Guess what? No follow up. Do not do business with this company. I should have looked at all the reviews.

The flowers were visibly withered, sunburned, and significantly fewer in number than shown in the promotional images.
