"Justflowers is a scam! Do not order from them. I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday. Paid over $100 for it to be delivered on her birthday before noon. We told her to stay home and receive a wonderful surprise. It was not delivered before noon, it was not delivered that day or the next day. It was delivered in the afternoon in 2 1\/2 days!! The bouquet did not resemble a picture even a little bit. It was bouquet that would be sold at the grocery store for $10. My aunt was very upset and felt Dishonored by such gesture. I tried to disputed with a credit company, but just flowers refused to refund me because they said the flowers were delivered. However, it was very late and bouquet was horrid!!!"

"I placed an order on Tuesday, 5\/7 to be delivered on Friday, 5\/10. I had to place a call to customer service at 6:30 as my Mom had still not received her flowers. After spending 20 minutes on the phone I found they had been delivered. They were brought to my Mom\u2019s back door not her front. She cannot even see this door. They left them at the bottom of the stairs which she cannot go down and had to have her grandson get the flowers for her. At approximately 7:30, I received an e-mail stating her flowers had been delivered at 9:10 am. They had sat outside in the heat all day until my nephew could get them inside around 7:00 pm.
