These company should be part of every company presentation regarding NEGLECTED customer support. Due to their @#$#%%$@ ecommerce system, during an online order 3 of my cards declined and the order was never processed or registered under my account. BUT the money are bind from all 3 cards and now I am waiting these slackers to reply my repeated e-mails. I send the all the details provided from my banks to help them and they still can't do the minimum required from their side. Since they don't want to cooperate the easy way, there is always the legal way. NEVER EVER AGAIN from this store..................

My experience with M and P Courier has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had my documents sent by Agile Translators on July 26, 2024, via their overnight parcel service. It is now August 1, 2024, 10:30 PM, and I still have not received my parcel. Despite making a complaint online and calling customer service multiple times, I have received no assistance or resolution. The service agent assured me I would get a follow-up call within 24 to 48 hours, but that call never came. On July 30, 2024, Agile Translators even attempted to contact the manager on my behalf. The manager falsely claimed that the parcel was set for delivery. Yet, here we are, several days later, and the parcel is still missing. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service from a company that advertises reliability and efficiency. I would not recommend M and P Courier to anyone in need of timely and dependable delivery services

Purchased a bike from M&P Cardiff in July 2023 and yet 1 year later still don’t have the log book. Reason for this is simply it wasn’t notified to the DVLA so officially hadn’t been transferred to myself as new keeper. After months and months of chasing and promised phone calls back which never happened has simply got me nowhere. As of today the DVLA have contacted me to advise that the fee for the application of the new log book also hasn’t been paid. Extremely frustrating and time consuming situation to be in as all I want is the log book in my name but have spent months trying to deal with something this simple. I have bought two bikes in total from M&P and will never buy anything from them again. As an apology my bike had been taxed by them for 6 months however that hasn’t resolved my problem which is the log book. Now I’ve got to deal with it again and spend time dealing with it the DVLA just to get a log book in my name. Not only do I have an issue with the log book but when purchasing the bike which was in the showroom I was told I couldn’t even test ride it before purchasing as it had no MOT & needed a tyre. It then took weeks and weeks to even collect the bike after committing to the purchase. It’s a shame that this is my experience but unfortunately it’s what’s happened which will mean that I will not be going back as a customer. I really had hoped that something this simple could have been resolved much quicker than it has and have been more than reasonable and understanding.

M&P's couriers (DPD) failed to deliver my paddock stand. After investigating M&P informed me DPD had delivered it to a completely different address two miles from where I live. After four weeks of correspondence they have to date failed to resolve this issue by giving me either a replacement or refund, even though I have the full support of the Consumers Act. If you decide to deal with this company after reading my review please proceed with caution.

I ordered an item through eBay. . They don't even had the item, they took my payment, I've asked for my money back but they ignore me messages. What they've done is plain and simple, e, FRAUD, THEFT They should be kicked off eBay. And I will do what I can to make that happen. They don't know me and I'm like a dog with a bone..

Will take your money but not service your bike. Then the bike fails and they do a cover up at 700 miles. Had to buy a new R1250GSA and am still trying to get some form of recourse. 4k down the drain. I hear mandp have now lost the bmw franchise Absolute loosers

M&P ARE NOThonest about some items, be careful. I booght a “ Halogen Headlamp” that was how it was listed, on arrival there was no bulb, I complained but was told that bulbs are not included, NOT good enough.

Purchased a screen from thier ebay shop it said it comes with fitting kit it does not, it comes with 2 brackets fixed to the screen. I Contacted them by phone they said someone will get back to me they did not, then emailed no response they claimed they replied but they did not until i rased a case with ebay, then claimed that the 2 brackets attached to the screen are a fitting kit, its not its two brackets attached to the screen. I would avoid using them as their customer service is non existant, i wont be using them again.

Caught doing 120mph on customers bike!!!!! I visited the BMW Motorrad showroom and purchased an s1000rr sports bike, this bike cost around the £20,000 price tag, following my purchase I then decided to have additional carbon fibre parts added to the bike costing a further £4000, upon having these parts fitted I collected the bike from the dealership to find my bike was very hot and I was under the assumption that someone had been riding it. Now, this didn’t bother me until I arrived home and decided to check my tracker that was fitted to the bike, the report then outlined that M&P mechanics had been out on the bike thrashing it around at 120 mph in a residential area, the bike had only covered 44 miles on the odometer and was still in its running in period, This obviously made me furious so I called the dealership the following morning. The dealership came back to me via email offering me money to keep my mouth shut and not to take any of this to public or social Media, they advised me also that they had spoken to the mechanic in question and they had apparently given him a warning over the situation, how this is not a sackable offence il never know. I rejected their offer and said I wanted to reject the bike as I didn’t think it was fair for someone to be doing that to a brand new bike that I had just paid £24k for which could possibly bring on issues with the bike in the future. Couple of Months have passed since the incident and I have eventually calmed down over the situation and I returned to the store to Purchase another bike with a friend, I had the intention of buying another s1000rr bike for around the same price as before and my mate was going there to purchase a brand new KTM superduke r costing around £18k, after being in the store for around half hour the salesman that we were dealing with had a phone call on his desk from a manager called Chris eady telling him not to serve us, they don't want our custom and to leave the store. Considering all this hassle was not from my doing and I’m basically getting rejected from their store for no reason other than the problems they caused I find it quite disgusting, so not only have they lost out on 2 new bike sales totalling over £40k, they have now lost 2 regular customers. I’m just putting this out there to pre warn customers about the way this dealership treats their loyal customers.

Bought an Ex-Demo Piaggio scooter from these guys. According to them, if anything goes wrong with, what is meant to be, an as new bike, within the first 30 days of ownership then they can ignore your consumer rights and not give you a full refund because they are allowed to fix the problem first and then continue to ignore your requests and consumer rights. I believe this is called coercion. Approximately 7 months later, the bike has since had a few more issues, M and P have since again declined to refund any part of the bike (and in fact have stated that nearly 2000 miles is a very very long way for a commuter vehicle to travel in that time...), they now have my bike and my money and are ignoring all my communications to try and resolve the matter Oh and this is primarily dealing with one of the partners of the business!! So no hope to had here it seems. However, all other staff have been polite, friendly and had the vehicle not been awful, the experience would probably have been good. If you chose to shop with M and P, you chose to roll the dice.

Total shambles it two weeks instead of three days sent the wrong part and then deducted £3.35 out of my refund for postage never again certainly gone down hill in recent years

I ordered a set of brake pads, a day after they were due I received an email saying they weren’t in stock and would I like a similar make or refund. I chose the other make as my bikes off the road and I’d already waisted a week. I’ve heard nothing since accepting the replacement, no acknowledgement and no parts. Order elsewhere!

I had very bad dealings with this company off eBay,bought an electrical device for my motorbike,was faulty upon me recieving it,now under the 7 day money back guarantee I'm entitled to a full refund,they refuse to pay the return p and p costs,also refusing to refund me straight away,contacted eBay and thankfully they are sorting this out so they can pay return postage fees and refund me straight away. Terrible company to deal with,ignoring messages and just the general tone of their messages at certain ones they do reply. Keep away,better quality shops out there

They are the slowest courier service of Pakistan.. it take 6-8 days for Normal deliveries to be deliver...

Ordered mineral oil via ebay for my classic kawasaki. Decided to ship me semi synthetic because they never had any, without even bothering to check. Bike now off the road for 5 days and oil ordered locally. Bunch of clowns. Customer care very poor.

Avoid - Ordered items showing 'in stock' but they weren't, they kept moving the delivery date. Very poor service and now and unlikely to get the touring screen for when I needed it. Communication ok from the customer service, but the process is a mess. In my opinion its worth paying more elsewhere and getting the items paid for instead of giving them the use of your money while you fight for a month to try to get what you have paid for, then having to buy elsewhere anyway.
