Terrible Experience with Naken.co.uk-Stolen £434.26.Horrific experience my daughter who suffers from a severe mental disorder,endured immense stress and frustration throughout this ordeal.Not only did they continued deliver damaged coffee tables,but they also failed to refund,ultimately leading to a loss of £434.26.On October7,2022,my daughter placed an order for a coffee table through Naken.co.uk. The troubles began when the logistic information provided by Naken proved untraceable. As a result, she spent two entire days anxiously waiting at home for the delivery that never arrived. To make matters worse, when the coffee table finally arrived, it was in pieces, completely damaged. Fortunately, my daughter had the foresight to record an open box video, clearly demonstrating that the table was already in a damaged condition before delivery. Naken assured her that a replacement coffee table would be sent promptly. However, the second delivery was just as disappointing. Once again, she found herself stuck at home for two full days, waiting for the old damaged coffee table to be collected and the promised replacement to be delivered. To her dismay, the replacement was also in a severely damaged state!again! At this point, my daughter requested a refund from Naken, which the company initially agreed to. However, Naken insisted on an insurance process that my daughter had to navigate. Despite providing detailed photos and adhering to all their requirements, Naken never followed through on their promised refund. Instead, they deceitfully utilized her insurance declaration without returning the £434.26 she was owed.

Ordered online in May for a product stocked by many online retailers and still have not received the item. Estimated delivery date now late September.

Ordered a chair from this company in July, with a delivery date of 6-13 Sep. No contact advising of change to delivery window. Upon contacting them several times, we have been lied to and still do not have our item. One rep. said that the item was on its way to them and due to arrive into their warehouse, which it wasn't as now there has been a 'manufacturing issue' and it hasn't even been dispatched from the third party seller. We requested a refund (a not insubstantial £600) and they are refusing to give us it, in spite of the delivery window being exceeded massively and a new, unacceptable delivery window of mid-Nov being provided. They claim that they cannot cancel the order, which is no fault of our own and down to their poor systems and processes. Bizarre and unreasonable company who have our money but have not delivered the item when expected and refuse to give us a refund.

I recently ordered wallpaper from Naken I recently ordered wallpaper from Naken which was £250 per twin roll. I used their online calculator to estimate the amount required, then placed the order for £1,700. The wallpaper was delivered & the papering completed, albeit that this took sometime. I was left with 2 unopened rolls & contacted Naken for return/refund. I was eventually told that as more than 14 days had expired they would not refund. Their customer interaction via the chat function was slow & frustrating, with questions having to be repeated & not answered. Contrast this poor service with Wallpaper-UK who I ordered similar high end wallpaper for another room where wallpaper needed to be returned/refunded which was done (outside of 14 days with no quibble). I would not recommend or use Naken again as competitor companies offer far better and sympathetic customer service.

I ordered a box which arrived for delivery 1 hour before the stated delivery time . I did not get an email prior to delivery to say it would be delivered at all - just a text from a delivery company . They will not deliver again without an extra charge and are refusing a full refund . Customer services are rude and unhelpful . They will not let me speak to a manager .Do not use this company .

BUYER BEWARE - I placed an order around 2 weeks ago. The item is backordered and has not yet been dispatched. I tried to cancel the item (a TV stand) and Naken Interiors is refusing to cancel the order which is a direct violation of the Consumer Contracts Directive. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and will never think to use this retailer ever again.
