“I booked my EV in for Annual MOT through a third party and got a great discount. Upon arrival I was greeted by a cheerful friendly mechanic who took the time to explain what would happen and how long I'd be waiting. During the waiting time another mechanic was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about a conversation we had about my EV. I've got to say that this was the first time in many years that I wasn't treated like a 'dumb female' who didn't know anything about cars.

Filter changed, inspection and additional work replacement front and rear pads, mainly for safety as lasted 2.5 year, so had changed, great job, back again il go 6000 miles or 12 months. 100%”

I was met by really friendly staff, Keith , Tom and Josh who were all happy to help , and my tyres were fitted efficiently in very quick time too. I have expensive wheels and great care was taken to ensure that hey were not marked in any way

“National Tyres Colchester 10/10 ...( I was upset after going to Kwik fit the man was so rude .. ) I called SAM National Tyres Colchester he made me feel so much better being friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my tyre, I told him I was parked outside Kwit fit and the man had been so rude I didn't want to use them, Sam told me there was one car in front and to drive down now and I would be next one, totally different, professional and friendly help, I didn't realise there were two roundabouts so I had accidently called in to the first one just off the roundabout which was the kwit it one never again!!!! so people's go to the mini roundabout helpful smiling staff, tyre done cover put on ready to go 15 minutes later, gave me the key with a smile, service 10/10 so much so I gave them a packet of biscuits. I ink there were 4 staff in the office I asked is it ok to bring the dog in no problem, sat there the manager popped in said the car is done, but it made the difference that he was friendly.. well done Colchester I went home feeling better than when I phoned ....”
