THE SHOES I WANTED WERE NOT IN STORE SO SARAH CHECKED THE AVAILABILITY AND INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAD FOUND A PAIR AND AS I NEEDED THEM BY SATURDAY 29TH FEBRUARY SHE SUGGESTED NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND AS I WAS IN THE STORE SHE KINDLY PROCEEDED WITH THE TRANSACTION.

Very bad cutomer service. I ordered next day delivery which arrived late. I required the boots for a special occasion and they never arrived, despite paying for next day delivery. One month later and i still havent received a refund . It is hard work and i still havent recieved a refund. I will never use this store again. Customer service is non existent.
