“I bought 2 items, 1 for about $100 and 1 for about $30. I returned the cheaper item and was refunded for the more expensive item, minus $40 return postage! Trying to do what’s right, I called and explained and they took back the entire credit, but they never gave me any refund at all for the item I returned. They sent an email survey asking about my customer service experience, then never responded to my complaint then either. I will NEVER shop this site again.”
“I will give them 2 stars because the product was of good quality. The colors weren't as discribed. It was not matching my other rugs, I returned them, wraped very professional. I had them for two days. The cost of the 2 rugs were 249.00. They refunded 95.00. I am so upset about this. They said it was buyers remorse!!! Just know that they don't really do returns. I made several complaints to them directly. All I got was sorry our product didn't work out. I will tell everyone how unfair they are!!!”
“This company is such a disappointment. Evertrtime I order something it is delayed and never receive an update from the company on delivery delays. My order was supposed to be delivered March 2. Today is the 4th. I checked the w bsite showing the shipping label was scanned February 21st. Since that time no updates,no delivery and no ne that works for Overstocks can give me an update for approximately 3 business days. Now making it a week passed the expected delivery date. Yet I go to my account and I am paying interest for an item that I haven't even received nor had been shipped. This is not the first time. I ordered several items last month. In the delay of delivery I went on the site to check the order to find out it was now $150.00 less. I had to fight to get them to honor the price. I was given a partial credit. Very frustrated. I purchase from them because as a designer I am able to find items that are not easy to get anywhere else. Customer service and satisfaction is not a priority. If you want to have an item in a timely manner buyer beware because when you talk to a customer service rep they have no delivery clue on tracking an item and tell you that they have no follow up system in place for items not delivered per their commitment.”
“I tried to purchase rugs for a home in the USA from abroad, but Overstock would only let me send it to the Caribbean (where my MasterCard was issued). They would not accept PayPal from an overseas address and when I gave in and attempted to use their international shipping, they wanted more than the items cost to ship to somewhere I'd have to ship it back from.
Really FRUSTRATING!”
