I have sent you many emails re some faulty trousers and have never had any response except an automatic reply. I am amazed and appalled at your attitude to your customers. Product is nearly always good until you have a problem. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. These people are dishonest. Don’t try and return goods, they will find ever possible way if wriggling out of their commitment. Called customer services and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your money, there are plenty of other good online suppliers.

selected items but was UNABLE to pay for them! no page appeared to enter card details and even Amazon Prime would not function for payment. Time wasting and frustrating, Will buy elsewhere.

Do not order from this company! No delivery of my order even after more than a month. Customer service does not answer their e-mails and when I call them, they either don't answer at all or whoever answers says that they cannot help.

Hmmm! Ordered jumper for husband in November 2018 but not in stock so got a similar one elsewhere. Received yesterday May 15 2019 (!) as back in stock. I was told to return it for a full refund. I see on despatch note that they don't hold our card details but they certainly had mine six months later, or else took my payment for an item not in stock six months ago. Won't be using them again.

Paid for next day delivery,no delivery.Goods supposedly despatched,Customer Service blaming Paypal for incomplete address even though postcode was correct and Paypal never failed in the past.Attitude unhelpful.

I generally am an easy fit for pants. I ordered my size from Peter Christian but they fit poorly and unevenly. Additionally the color was far brighter and saturated than portrayed in their website and yes my monitor is well calibrated. They took no responsibility, charged me $10.00 return fee, waited several weeks before return shipping after I had delivered to carrier and weeks later confirmed receipt of return. At that point they informed me it would be two to three weeks before a credit for the original purchase price only would appear on my credit card. I await that day and would NOT recommend purchasing from Peter Christian. This merchant does NOT respect its customers.

Not a good value for money at all! My First order stockings for gents ref no : 521084 was very loose & was not able to hold up on my foot & was dropping. Very disappointed & will never order again !!

I was intrigued by the advertisement in the Wall Street Journal. Not knowing anything about this company I sought out some reviews. As mentioned by another reviewer, it appears that something has gone terribly wrong with customer service in the past year. Will hold off on ordering until I see some sort of explanation/reassurance from the company

We have no problem with the trousers only your customer service. Having bought six pairs we returned two pairs for a refund which after ten days has still not arrived. One of the people I spoke to was actually quite rude. This is the worst service I think we have ever received. After threading other reviews I am beginning to lose all confidence in you. Your questions do not allow for NO refund being sent.

Was just ready to order some for my husband but read the reviews. It seems a year ago, service was impeccable, but lately not so much. This put me off, alas. Plus it’s always difficult dealing with a foreign country and their postal systems/customs. Too bad

All well, until you have need to complain, hiding behind some sort of automated system ! It would seem that of the '10,000 pairs of identical shorts sold this year alone' mine were the only pair to be reported as faulty ! As regards concern or any sense of urgency to rectify - forget it, it's not a priority to this company.

I ordered chinos- not a good cut for me- not their fault. When I went to return them I had to pay $10 for a return label. 2 months later after multiple emails to customer service and auto responses, I was credited my original purchase amount- not the $10 return charge. Not worth the experience!

Great customer service. I had to return an item (my fault) and it was made very simple by the customer care person I spoke to. I am pleased with the cords I bought and will be buying more stuff in the future

I recently purchased my first pair of chinos after reading some positive reviews. I have never owned a pair of pants that wrinkled as badly as these. They are nearly impossible to press or hold a press. They look as if I slept in them. Extremely disappointep.

The men’s cotton & silk chinos were delivered today and looked as if they had come out of the linen basket!! So badly creased and even after ironing, it was impossible to remove all the creases. This is no way to sell or deliver gentlemen’s garments. Very disappointing.

Well they didn't make me entirely happy. The product was good but it was delivered in a plastic bag with the shirt itself in another plastic bag and the shirt was badly screwed up to the extent that the invoice and letter inside was actually torn -- the shirt fortunately wasn't. For something that cost £45 plus p&h I thought that was poor. Certainly when compared with the shirt I bought from Thomas Pink the previous week. This also cost £45 plus p&h but came in a sturdy white box, wrapped in tissue paper. Much more impressive!
