“I placed my order and paid £15 for next-day delivery. Now 2 days passed and no delivery. This is the first time I have bought from this shop and will be the last one.”

“Very disappointing experience. I ordered weeks ago and my card was charged immediately, rather than at the time of shipping, as is customary. I have made multiple inquiries. Finally, today I was informed that the item was back ordered. This was in response to yet another inquiry. At no time was I advised as such and asked if I wished to wait. This has been an abysmal customer service experience. (Once in the past I received the wrong size and resolving that issue was not easy). I’m afraid that Peter Christian does not respect its customers.”

“I like their clothes but made the mistake of visiting their only shop. The women who answered the door was very reluctant to let us in pointing out " it's lunchtime and you should have made an appointment. As far as I could see the shop was very scantily stocked. So shop on line and avoid the curmudgeon on the door”

“We have no problem with the trousers only your customer service. Having bought six pairs we returned two pairs for a refund which after ten days has still not arrived. One of the people I spoke to was actually quite rude. This is the worst service I think we have ever received. After threading other reviews I am beginning to lose all confidence in you. Your questions do not allow for NO refund being sent.”

“Do not order from this company! No delivery of my order even after more than a month. Customer service does not answer their e-mails and when I call them, they either don't answer at all or whoever answers says that they cannot help.”

“All well, until you have need to complain, hiding behind some sort of automated system ! It would seem that of the '10,000 pairs of identical shorts sold this year alone' mine were the only pair to be reported as faulty ! As regards concern or any sense of urgency to rectify - forget it, it's not a priority to this company.”

“Totally disinterested. I have copied a review from a year ago, which sums up their attitude perfectly: "The worst customer service I have ever experienced. These people are dishonest. Don’t try and return goods, they will find ever possible way of wriggling out of their commitment. Called customer services and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your money, there are plenty of other good online suppliers".”

“I have sent you many emails re some faulty trousers and have never had any response except an automatic reply. I am amazed and appalled at your attitude to your customers. Product is nearly always good until you have a problem. NOT HAPPY!!!!!”

“Hmmm! Ordered jumper for husband in November 2018 but not in stock so got a similar one elsewhere. Received yesterday May 15 2019 (!) as back in stock. I was told to return it for a full refund. I see on despatch note that they don't hold our card details but they certainly had mine six months later, or else took my payment for an item not in stock six months ago. Won't be using them again.”

“Paid for next day delivery,no delivery.Goods supposedly despatched,Customer Service blaming Paypal for incomplete address even though postcode was correct and Paypal never failed in the past.Attitude unhelpful.”
