I ordered a bad 3 months ago. I still have not received the bag or a refund . I was told they need to receive the bag and then they will refund I assume I'm not getting either bag or refund . Very very disappointed

Ordered items 2 months ago and have not received anything. They started tracking the items a month ago but still have not heard anything. I assume I will not be receiving these items and have initiated a request for refund. Have not received a response to my request for a refund. Based on the reviews below I also assume that I will be waiting for a long time for the refund. Will keep you posted

Do not buy from them! Like countless other buyers, this company deliberately withhold refunds on valid returns. After returning two race suits due to sizing issues, and the having confirmed the return via tracking, Proswimwear is still claiming non-receipt of the items after 4 months. Multiple emails sent, yet no replies to the queries. Absolutely no attempt to track the returns within their own network. There are countless reviews of similar customer experience which makes me wonder if this is a systemic scam, refunds refused (blaming non-delivery or customer damage) and items are resold.. They should be reported to CMA.

Are refusing to provide a refund on a swimming costume when I followed the exact instructions. They say they haven’t received the costume back in the UK when anticipating this, I have a proof of posting from the postal service.

Der Badeanzug hat beim ersten Schwimmen die Farbe verloren. Auch auf meine Reklamation kam bis heute keine Antwort. Ein sehr schlechter Kundenservice.

3/15/2020 I ordered a HUUB wetsuit for my son. 4/27/2020 Wetsuit finally arrives (At the same time I had ordered a wetsuit for my daughter from another UK company which arrived 5 days after I ordered it, proswimwear took almost 6 weeks to arrive). 4/27/2020 When we opened the box the wetsuit had several holes in it, since the outside packaging was undamaged I have to assume this was tried on or otherwise used and then boxed up damaged and sent to us. The tissue paper that it is normally wrapped in inside the box was crumpled underneath the suit. Early May: I repackage damaged wetsuit and return it at my expense to their Florida receiving (I understand it gets sent onto the UK from there). 5/18/2020: I receive confirmation via the tracking number that the package arrived at their FL facility 8/4/2020: I’m still waiting for a refund/return confirmation. It’s been almost 5 months since this debacle started. I’m still out $308 + the cost of shipping their damaged goods back to them. Avoid this company at all cost. I so wish I had paid the extra $20 and got this same suit from a better company. 8/13/2020: Their customer service rep has informed me they only send out perfect suits so there is no way the damage was caused by them or in shipping and therefore they will not be refunding my money. So at this point I now have no wetsuit and no refund. I’ve initiated the dispute process through my credit card.

Costumer service: OK but Service in general quite bad. I had all the problems possible form buying something out of stock, to getting my package sent to a different continent and getting the wrong amount refunded.

People! Be very careful with this thieves company! You pay money and don't receive yours item. As soon you ask them for you item or refund this "company" start long discussing by email but don't refund.

I am not happy with the Arena Powerskin Carbon Glide Jammer 24 Ocean Blue that I received. It arrived crumpled up inside the blue Arena string bag with strings pulled tight inside the zippered Arena case that this tech suit is sold with. Upon trying it on my son said it didn’t feel right, that the legs felt loose. I since ordered the same suit from Swimoutlet.com here in the United States. This suit arrived folded flat inside the zippered case with the blue string bag folded on top of it, exactly the way a suit of the expense should be received. It is not wrinkled, just folded to fit inside the box. My son tried the new suit on and states it feels tighter than the one received from ProSwimwear. I believe that the suit I received from you may have been a returned item that someone else had already tried on and not carefully handled. I am requesting to return this item with a full refund. I also should NOT incur the expense to return it to you. I have attached photos showing the wrinkled suit alone and beside the other suit I have. It is clear that the suit has been messed around with.

As all previous review state !! Avoid business with Proswimwear !! Arena carbon glide suit was received crumpled up inside the string bag. My son tried it on anyway and said it didn’t feel right. I believe it was returned item then ended up with me. No answer to telephone calls. No response from customer service inquiry attempts. Terrible. I feel so taken advantage of. I am definitely disputing this charge with my credit card company! They are completely incompetent.

Customers services department is not able to answer to my emails for two weeks. Parcel is lost somewhere and they don’t care about this. Phone is not working, live chat is not working. Worst place to buy.

Poor Stock control. ordered and paid for a gala suit which we needed quickly. There was no contact to say it was in fact out of stock. I contacted them to ask when it would be dispatched to be told it was out of stock. They offered an alternative suit that was by no way comparable. They could have offered a similar carbon suit but chose not to. Short sighted as I'm a long standing customer with two swimmers and often promote their offers within my club. It's clear from communications that agents have no power to make decisions and they are probably managed by shortsighted middle management. Won't be using again and definitely won't be promoting their shop. The company need to recognise loyalty and understand that long term profit comes from good customer that return time after time.

AVOID THIS SIGHT AT ALL COSTS THIS SIGHT IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS OUT OF REFUNDS. Continually sending you generic emails when dealing with issue. Bought Tri Hubb wet-suit, wrong size. Had to send back, registered postage at own cost. I was shocked, ProSwimwear refused refund stating suit was damaged, absolute false claim as product was not tried on as it was too small and was carefully repackaged. They send an image of damage, which looks like a burn or cut in the bottom area of the suit near the seal, stating it's cause was by nails on the . They are either sending out faulty goods to unsuspecting customers who don't see them or sending a damage product back to you to stand over refusal to refund when product returned. Wonder is it a generic image also they send to everyone claiming about damage?? Still awaiting return of damaged product which is probably another scam. Cost €165+21 registered postage. They need to be reported to consumer watch dog. Dishonest and deceitful company looking for ways to scam customers out of a fair refunds.

Absolutely shocking. Save your money. Do not use. Bought a suit, less than 1 month it was faulty. Refused to help; returned it to me with someone else’s details and a generic letter to someone else! Will never use again. They don’t answer their phones either!

I have never dealt with a worse company. They sent me 1/3 of what I ordered but charged me everything. Not answering my many emails and no one answers their phone.

If I could, I would give 0 stars... absolutely appalling customer service, I bought several goods from the Black Friday sale only to recieve half the order. No explanation or refund? I've contacted them by phone and email but no answer. Now I'm £50 out of pocket just before Christmas and without the gifts I ordered for my children.
