I was shocked, ProSwimwear refused refund stating suit was damaged, absolute false claim as product was not tried on as it was too small and was carefully repackaged. They send an image of damage, which looks like a burn or cut in the bottom area of the suit near the seal, stating it's cause was by nails on the . They are either sending out faulty goods to unsuspecting customers who don't see them or sending a damage product back to you to stand over refusal to refund when product returned. Wonder is it a generic image also they send to everyone claiming about damage?? Still awaiting return of damaged product which is probably another scam. Cost €165+21 registered postage. They need to be reported to consumer watch dog. Dishonest and deceitful company looking for ways to scam customers out of a fair refunds.
