“Always clear ordering instructions online and no delay in receiving goods.
I have ordered numerous coins from the Royal Mint and am always happy with the Customer Service and communication plus prompt dispatch of goods.”
“You need to register first in order to place an order. Ordering online was simple. Delivery was 5 days longer than stated and was said it was due to being a first order but was not told this when ordering.
Items once shipped arrived next day and were well packed in plain envelope.
Overall no issues and will use again in the future.”
“Would recommend The Royal Mint! Great selection with a variety of prices. Very easy to order and items received very quickly. Very professional service. Thank you.”
“I ordered the items very easily on the Royal Mint website and they arrived quicker than I anticipated. These are a beautiful set of coins which I will cherish for a long time. I was informed of the delivery stages by Royal Mail. I used a promotional code to get free delivery, but I had to search the web for that. I would appreciate it this code was available on the Royal Mint website. I may even order again if I get free delivery or a small discount.”
“Extremely high quality, beautifull and sophisticated designs of products, flexible schemes for making investments in gold and platinum (but not in palladium for the moment) bullion products, fast and cheap delivery service”
