I purchased a pair of Seattle sandals. These are beautiful quality, so comfortable and stylish. I’m a small 3 and the size 3 is perfect. You can tell they are a quality, beautifully made shoe. Well worth the price in my view. My third pair of R&B shoes, won’t be my last!

Absolute total rubbish for the price of the shoes I purchased. How on earth can a company in England get away with this type of service and quality. My best advise is never buy from Russell and Bromley, they overcharge, bad customer service, take your money and run despite there claims. Oh yeah check out how much they are worth

I just bought a pair of sandals at the OxFord St branch. First time I've ever paid that much for a pair of sandals but they are stunning. I can't fault the service, everyone was so polite and helpful.

I needed a new pair of black shoes for a meeting and as such visited a few stores on Jermyn Street. I decided on a pair of simple black lace up shoes (Boris) from Russell and Bromley. The man serving me was polite, helpful and explained how many people buy the wrong shoe size, he had a foot measuring tool and proceeded to help me find the right sized pair of shoes. I tried another style but sadly they didn’t have the half size I needed and I left with a lovely pair of Black Boris lace up shoes.

I had a very unpleasant experience in the Regent street London branch as I walked in the Assistant started shouting at me saying I must use hand cleaner. I walked out the awful shop wanted to buy pair of chelsea boots. A lost sale.

When I entered the Long Acre branch I admit to being very scruffy, wearing broken old trainers and yet was approached by a young salesman who didn't judge my appearance (unlike many other retailers) and served me with the utmost courtesy and helpfulness. My shoe size is 7.5 but as the store did not supply half sizes this meant several trips for the staff member to the stockroom to try and achieve the right size for me. From start to finish he was attentive, patient and displayed a kindly attitude without a hint of pressure selling. I decided to purchase a pair of "Oxfords" but only with the condition that they also throw in a free tin of polish. Upon speaking to his lady manager (who was equally charming and helpful) my request was agreed. These 2 staff members were the epitome of excellent customer service and will receive repeat business from me in the future. A great experience all round.

I wanted a pair of shoes in the sale and the Edinburgh shop didn't have my size, so they called around a lot of the other shops across the UK until they located a shop stocking my size of the required shoe!
