“The delivery took 2 and half weeks to be delivered and we didn't receive any emails to notify us of delay or delivery intructions so was left to us to phone to find out why we hadn't recieved our light”

“It was okay. The box containing the lights was a bit squashed, and the fittings were in a bag which was opened and so everything fell out. Thankfully, nothing was missing despite the box being broken. The screw on the top plate was missing though. Thank goodness our light installer had another one otherwise we would have to return it.”

“Middle shade bar is slightly bent. One end shade is loose. I like the look of the lights despite but would have liked them to be perfect for the price. The builder had already put them up before I got home or I would have sent them back!”
