“Excellent service today the gentleman who served me today (think it was colin) sorry, was brilliant he treated me with respect and helped me pick out a beautiful suit for my sons wedding, defiantly would go again and recommend slaters to anyone”

“Slaters - Nottingham We went to get our sons prom suit today and the service was exceptional. From just looking at him Dan the Manager knew his size and found him the perfect three piece suit. I recommend the branch to everyone as the staff and quality of clothing are fantastic. Thanks to Dan and his Team”

“Visited the leeds branch last week, the staff was rude and so unhelpful. Once I got home I rang up to speak to the manager about my experience. He was very apologetic gave me his personal details and said please try them again. So I did, on my second visit I was assisted my the assistant manager del. What a nice man ! Took time to help us look at all the suits and rang round other branches to get a larger size to match us all. I don't usually leave reviews but after del's help I had too. Very kind man”

“My husband has shopped in Glasgow for years the customer service is brilliant they cannot be more helpful had to be a suit quickly for his mother's funeral pulled all the stops get get altered in time. Thanks Glasgow great team😁”

“Update. After previous review Slaters’ Customer Service Manager offered me a deal I wanted. I have bought that suit with proper trousers. Thank you Slaters. Conclusion Sometimes complaint in private to customer service is ineffective. Some companies start to think when we complain in public. That is why reviews sites are important. Thank you, Reviews, for good job.”

“They supplied a suit for my sons prom , it was out of stock in my local branch so they had one sent next day delivery to my home from Glasgow for no extra charge and also tailored it for free .. Amazing place with fab customer services”
