“They don't tell you that they have to make or buy your wrap after you pay for it. So after a week when you contact them asking where it is they respond (4 days later) that you have to wait for it.

“As other reviews have stated, if I could I would award slickwraps zero stars I would! The wrap for my Apple Pencil 2 does not fit correctly, this is not a ‘goof’ error but simply a defective product. It took slickwraps some 20+ days to have the courtesy to get back to me, I supplied clear images showing the defect but despite that they refuse to provide a refund.
They offered to send another product out or credit me with 11 points, after the terrible ‘service recovery’ I simply wanted my money back.
I am now disputing the charge with my credit company who will hopefully issue a chargeback, I would encourage you to use a credit card with this company to at least have some protection for when things go wrong!
My aim here is to warn other prospective customers, think carefully before ordering with slickwraps as if you have an issue expect slow and unhelpful customer service responses.
Hopefully someone senior from Slickwraps reads these reviews and starts to investigate!”

Then I just received an email from some unknown source with MY ADDRESS and PERSONAL information saying that slickwraps got hacked and they tried to tell SlickWraps that their network was compromised and they didn’t do anything. This is ridiculous and SCARY. This company needs to be shut down.”

“Probably one of the worst companies to order from. I placed an order and was told the processing time was 11 days. I waited a month and a half after sending multiple concerns about it being a scam. Finally received the product. Sadly, it was of the utmost horrible quality. As if someone bought those proactive stickers you put on books and shipped that. The installation was completely messed up and after I emailed them telling them I was unhappy with the product. I got an e-mail from a 'hacker' and then got a follow up saying they've been hacked and they're working on it. Never buy from these guys. Go for Dbrand. Love the service and product from those guys!”
